This unit has small numerous cockroaches. I bought and finished spraying a total number of 3 Baygon cans to kill the cockroaches. I was dying at the last minute, I had to check out early. The staff of Sea Residences were the best. It was not their fault that this unit I stayed in was not properly managed, not cleaned well, and was not taken cared of well. The toilet did not flush and was blames that I had used one tissue paper that it clogged. The swimming pools looked great wish I had more time to take advantage of using them. Great location. Only a short walk to SM Mall of Asia. Easy transportation to the airport.
