I was there to attend a reunion in nearby restaurant, turned out i did not like the food at the event. I came back at the hotel a little hungry to sleep. it was past 12 midnight and i ordered food from the hotel's restaurant, they are definitely open 24 hrs, all the food from the menu is available. It was delivered by the room service after 20 minutes. I really appreciate that. Prompt and efficient service & very polite staffs. When i go back to the Philippines, i will stay in this hotel again.

It is in a good location in makati. The hotel is very nice and clean, the breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff are incredibly helpful and nice. There are lots of malls and shops near by and bars/restaurants within walking distance or a quick Grab ride. The pool is very nice with amazing views and the rooms are big.

Just a great Hotel. Great rooms, great staff, great gym, and really good location near the Ayala Mall complex. I’ve been to Manila many times, overall this hotel is the first that doesn’t feel like I’m in Asia.

The service was exceptional. All the staff especially Leona and Mark at the front desk were really professional and really helpful. They made sure our needs are met so we can relax after a long flight and even before another long flight back home. We really appreciate the extra care that they provided. We will surely stay at the hotel again if ever we’re around the area and will highly recommend it. Thank you again.

Location = 7-minute walk from the hotel to the mall, convenience store, grocery and restaurants Very responsive front desk & housekeeping staff. Comfortable beds & pillows. Great water pressure for shower heads and sink faucets. The facility and furniture are quite dated and could use upgrades (no USB ports, no Smart TVs).
