The reception was very welcoming. The room was spacious. The kitchen was operational but the appliances are well used. Open the drawers and you get a musty odor. Not the feeling of a clean crisp accomodation. The bathroom was good but the soap dispenser didn't work. Perhaps with condo hotels it's right but there was nothing to eat or drink except for two bottles of water.

Nice modern & conveniently located stay in Manila

Communication with the host prior to arrival was variable; s/he should have given me the name of the contact person at the condo (Raymond) because Raymond was very responsive and helpful once I knew he was the one to contact. The building is very nice and the room is comfortable with a small kitchen, comfortable beds and even a clothes washer, which came in very handy, especially once Raymond brought the laundry drying rack! The only real issue was the smell...the room was clean but it must be the plumbing in the large, high-rise building that caused a foul odor to come from the bathroom and kitchen drains...probably nothing can be done about that. Otherwise, the a/c and fans worked well and there was lots of natural lighting from the large windows in the bedroom, which was very nice. Raymond and the staff in the lobby were very friendllyl and helpful, and the location is great. Conveniently close to the airport and lots of places to eat nearby.
