La Maison des Bois - Avec Parking Privé

We propose to you to rent, on the commune of La Clusaz, this charming studio refurbished in May 2022, with ski resort accessible on foot at 100 meters, of a surface of 20 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers (comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children). Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan kitchen, a shower room and a balcony to enjoy the mountain air. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- In the entrance two single bunk beds (80x190) built into the wall (suitable for children).
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A 4 m² balcony with furniture (portable solar lighting) to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in La Clusaz in the heart of the Croix Fry mountain, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit in the vicinity in La Clusaz, Merdassier and Manigod of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Tourist sites : La Clusaz (10min), Manigod (5min), Merdassier (5min), Annecy and its lake (30min) and Geneva (1h15).
- Sporting activities: In summer you have access to the outdoor swimming pool in Merdassier, 5 minutes away by car (access at a cost of 3€ for adults, 2€ for children), as well as numerous walks/hiking or cycling/biking trails 30 metres from the studio. In winter you can enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, sledging, snowboarding, dog sledding...
- Events : Music festival in June at the top of the Cabeau head and many festivities to see directly with the tourist office of Manigod and La Clusaz.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private and secured car park (access with code) of the flat, which can accommodate 1 to 2 vehicles.

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus shuttle in winter period.
- Nearest train station: Annecy train station located at about 50 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport located at about 1h13 by car.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- Easy access to our flat by stairs from the back of the building, ski room on the mezzanine.

La Maison des Bois "Le studio n'est pas très grand mais suffisant pour 2 adultes et un enfant. La vue depuis le balcon est très sympa sur les montagnes et le domaine skiable. Il y a un effort de fait coté déco comparé aux autres annonces. Tout est dispo sur place (cafetière nespresso, grille pain, micro onde, appareil à fondu et raclette...). Vous êtes proche des piste à 100m à vol d'oiseau, cependant l'appartement se trouve tout en haut de la résidence qu'il faut monter et descendre à pied par la route privée pour accéder aux pistes. C'est le seul petit défaut car quand vous devez remonter le soir à pied avec votre matériel de ski celui de votre enfant, c'est un peu sportif ^^. Sinon très bon séjour :)"

La Maison des Bois "🙂 Que belle vue seulement… 🙁 Niveau propreté : BOF Beaucoup de trucs cassés. Plaque de cuisson ne marche plus. Pas de PQ et pas de produit vaisselle c’est pire qu’Airbnb ! Je me demande que les proprio font avec des cautions prises. Matelas du canapé n’est pas du tout confortable. 2-3 nuits ça va mais pour une semaine c’est mort => mal au dos Couette mal rangé et mal plié. Couette usée sans lavée. Dans l’ensemble, c’est mal rangé et un peu dans le désordre. Niveau communication avec la responsable du « linge » : PAS SYMPA. Agressive. Au début elle m’a dit qu’elle restait à ma disposition pour questions etc. Du coup elle est devenue agressive et elle m’a dit que ce n’est pas son rôle de répondre à mes questions finalement. Pas accessible aux personnes Sourdes il fallait appeler pour entamer une communication. C’est affreux. Mettons nous de côté, notamment dans une catégorie de citoyenneté de zone seconde. Comment les Sourds pourraient être bien mieux informés et égaux? C’est ça, votre grande responsabilité ! On est en 2023, vous n’en êtes pas conscients, bien dommage. De plus j’ai payé mon séjour avec draps linge inclus. Elle m’a refusé de fournir ça, je suis obligé d’amener le drap et linge. C’est injuste. La veille de mon départ, elle m’a demandé de nettoyer le plan du travail et le frigo etc. Euh j’ai payé le frais de ménage mais elle m’a demandé de nettoyer tout ça. A quoi servent les frais de ménage? Euh. Niveau appartement : Non entretenu. Trop petit pour 2 personnes. D’après l’annonce il peut accueillir 4 personnes c’est impossible. Niveau déco bof. Pas adapté à l’ambiance montagnarde. Niveau pratique et proximité : MOYEN Un peu trop loin de pistes ski, il faut y aller à pied 15 min dans la longue route de pente. Pas de magasin alimentation comme Spar, Sherpa, etc Pas de magasins divers c’est rien ! Supermarché le plus proche à 3km Si vous venez en train ou en avion c’est trop compliqué ! Il faut avoir voiture pour pouvoir bouger. Séjour plutôt décevant !"
