Beautiful beachfront house with pool and barbecue area

  • Beautiful house located on the edge of Praia Vermelha, Ibicuí, Mangaratiba. The beach has white sand and calm waters. There are 5 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 of which are suites, 5 bathrooms, dining room, Home Theater with 65 inch TV and 500Mb fiber optic Wifi, equipped kitchen, furnished. Balcony with hammocks. Garden with swimming pool and barbecue overlooking the sea, garage, pool table and no water problems. Police guardhouse at the access and private street with ample parking. We charge for electricity according to consumption during the period.
