The apartment features free Wi-Fi and welcomes guests with a spacious living area with air conditioning and lake view, two comfortable sofas, a dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, American coffee machine and toaster. The living room opens onto a beautiful patio shaded by an awning and the garden, offering a magnificent lake view; the patio is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs. The apartment also includes a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine. Guests can park their car in the private outdoor parking area within the residence courtyard. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and in the corridor leading to the bedrooms, allowing both rooms to be cooled by keeping the doors open. The shared swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th, and can be used from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00\. Wearing a swimming cap may be required.
