Villa Franca is located in a panoramic position on the hills of Solarolo, a hamlet of Manerba del Garda. The villa consists of two adjacent units, each with its own exclusive 1,700 square metre garden on three sides of the villa, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains surrounding Lake Garda and a glimpse of Garda Island. It is the perfect solution for a holiday with your dogs, thanks to the large, fully enclosed garden and the raised swimming pool, which prevents them from accidentally entering it. Your dogs are welcome at no extra charge; please inform us of their presence when booking. The large covered porch, equipped with a dining table and sofas, allows you to enjoy the view of the lake in complete tranquillity while you have lunch or relax. In the large garden, there is a round swimming pool for your exclusive use (4.70 metres in diameter, water depth 120 cm) to cool off and let your children play, deckchairs for sunbathing and a barbecue for your outdoor lunches. Villa Franca has been recently completely renovated and refurbished, and therefore has all the latest features for a holiday in total comfort. The spacious living room has two large sofas, one of which can easily be converted into a double sofa bed, a dining table for six people, a 55" smart TV with international satellite channels and Netflix (films on demand). the kitchen is located in a large open-plan area and is equipped with a fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and extractor hood. There are also two bedrooms, one double and the second with two single beds, which can be pushed together to make a double bed, and two bathrooms complete with glass shower cubicles, washbasins, bidets and WCs. The villa is ideal for a total of four people, but it is possible to accommodate up to six people by using the double sofa bed in the living room. Villa Franca has air conditioning and heating in the living room and in the two bedrooms, with independent control in each room. Porto Torchio beach is about a 15-minute walk away (1.3 km) and includes a section of beach where dogs are allowed. The town centre is about a 10-minute walk away (800 metres). We strongly recommend that you have your own transport, which will allow you to easily reach all the attractions in the area. The villa has private outdoor parking for at least four cars. The rental price includes: • Hot and cold water; • Electricity; • Cooking gas; • Unlimited Wi-Fi internet; • Netflix (films on demand); • Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms; • Private garden and private swimming pool for your exclusive use with maintenance during your stay; • Bed linen and towels, changed weekly; • Final cleaning. The following costs are not included and must be paid on arrival: • Municipal tourist tax of €1.60 per day per person over 14 years of age. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Schade, dass die Buchungspattform Fewo-direkt nur eine Buchung nach 24 Stunden erlaubt... so haben wir einen Tag verloren und mussten eine Zwischenübernachtung in einem Hotel suchen. Das können andere Buchungsplattformen besser. Das Ferienhaus liegt im flachen Süden des Sees mit Blick auf die Berge und einem winzigen Blick auf den See zwischen Einfamilienhäusern, die die Flächen zwischen kleinen gewachsenen Dörfern nach und nach füllen. Hoffentlich bleibt der Blick erhalten. In der einen Woche unseres Aufenthalts gab es ausreichend Auswahl für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Aber auch im Haus und Garten kann man sicherlich ruhige Tage verbringen. Hervorzuheben ist die üppige Ausstattung mit Klimagerät in jedem Raum - im Hochsommer wahrscheinlich ein angenehmer Luxus. ##### Bettina N. Wir hatten unser Auto kaputt und mussten es in die Werkstatt bringen Diego hat sich um alles gekümmert so das wir bis zu unserem abreisetag unser Auto wieder hatten. A house is really very comfortable with a huge garden that our dog and we just loved. We were really happy about a grill in the garden and just a wonderful view from the house and from the garden. Alles sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus eignet sich auch besonders für Urlaub mit Hund es ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass der Hund sich frei bewegen kann ohne vom Grundstück zu kommen. Die Schlafzimmerfenster lagen Richtung Norden. 👍. Leider gibt es keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. ##### Britta G. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum mit super Blick in die Berge und unser Vierbeiner konnte sich frei austoben. Schöne ruhige Umgebung mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten ab Haus.
