The structure is entirely fenced and consists of 3 recently renovated apartments, all very large and bright, finely furnished in a modern style, particularly suitable for families. The Iris apartment is located on the first floor, it is very spacious and bright, newly renovated (2019), particularly suitable for large families. It looks like an open attic space. It has a large hall, kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster, juicer, American coffee machine, moka, espresso machine, kettle. 3 bedrooms, one double with cot, one double with third bed, one single with bunk bed. A bathroom in the sleeping area with washing machine, baby changing table, hairdryer. A bathroom in the living area with double sink. Small closet with clothesline, iron and ironing board. In the large living room, with dining area, you will also find a small play corner for children, a TV corner and a sofa. USB sockets in every room. The apartment also has a balcony and a reserved area in the garden with table and chairs near the pool. The swimming pool is shared with an another apartment of the structure. Services included in the price: Bath and bed linen Final cleaning Wifi connection Separate bi / zone air conditioning, one for the sleeping area and one for the living area. Wir sind als 5 Köpfige Familie (Kinder 14/12/10) angereist und konnten sogar 2 Stunden früher als üblich in die Wohnung. Wir haben alles extrem sauber und toll eingerichtet vorgefunden. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und super eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder ebenso. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben auch sofort reagiert wenn es Fragen gab. Also alles in allem ein toller nahezu perfekter Urlaub. Wenn man das Haar in der Suppe sucht dann vielleicht das 1-2 kleine Scharfe Messer gefehlt haben und nicht alle Töpfe mit dem Induktionsherd funktioniert haben. Aber das sind Luxusprobleme. Die Vermieterin Paola war sehr freundlich, flexibel und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung und der Standpunkt Manerba haben uns super gefallen. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben - neu renoviert, sehr sauber und geräumig. An den kühleren Abenden waren wir sogar froh über die gut funktierende Heizung. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in der Wohnung und am Gardasee und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Paola! ##### Peter M. Sehr gut ausgestattet und in optimalen Lage (ruhig) zu Fuß sind es wenige Minuten ins Zentrum (Bar, Bäcker, Restaurant) Paola ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Empfehlenswert. La casa è attrezzatissima, perfetta e collocata in una zona molto bella e tranquilla. Il centro è distante pochi minuti e si trovano bar, panificio, ristorante.
