Charming, huge, and sunny: Villa Oleander with garden and private pool!!! A green and quiet spot, less than a kilometer far from the lake and from the beach. A sunny villa with beautiful views, a big and wonderful pool and a spacious garden, which is of course completely fenced. The fence not only offers you valuable privacy, but also ensures that children can play safely. Villa Oleander has an attractive covered terrace that invites you to enjoy the outdoor. An outdoor fireplace grill is also available. Outdoor lighting creates a charming atmosphere, especially in the evening. Villa Oleander, which is located in a spacious property, has a big kitchen and a dining area on the ground floor, as well as a tastefully furnished dining room and three bedrooms, one with a double bed, lake view, and master bathroom, one with a bunk bed, one with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds , as well as a large bathroom with shower. There is also a second kitchen with living room and balcony with a picturesque view of the water and nature. ONLY on this floor is available the air conditioning. a washing machine is available in the basement. Up to 3 covered parking spaces are available for our guests in the property. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity. Take trips to Verona, Milan, Mantua and Venice or to the area around Lake Garda - with its numerous sights and entertainment options. Several shopping facilities can be reached within a 5-minute drive. The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are about 35 km away to spend a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in. The tourist tax is € 1.60 per person per day It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity. the accommodation is for a maximum of 10 people including infants. The villa was perfect for us. It is huge and just as beautiful as the pictures if not more so. The pool is lovely and we ate outside on the terrace every night. The kitchen is well equipped and the villa is only 10 minutes walk to some small shops, restaurants and the lake front beach area. We made day trips to Sirmione, Malcesine and Riva and walked up the Rocca di Manerba. Overall we had an amazing time. ##### Catherine J. Wir sind mit 10 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden angereist. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Agentur sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Küche super ausgestattet. Etwasnervig war das Mülltrennen. Es waren zu wenig Mülltonnen vorhanden, vor allem Glas/Dosen und Ü Papier. Lage ist sehr zentral und der See sehr nah. Matratzen könnten mal erneuert werden. Insgesamt kann man die Villa sehr empfehlen und wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus und den Pool sehr genossen. Küchenausstattung sehr zufriedenstellend, v.a. für Köchin mit langer Erfahrung in gemieteten Ferienobjekten.
