Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment, which is located on the first floor, is composed of a living area with an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine), sofa bed for two people, table and chairs and satellite TV , double bedroom, bedroom with French bed (140x190 cm) and bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine there is a single bed, a French bed (140x190 cm) and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area. The apartment gives access to two small balconies and a balcony equipped with chairs and tables. Inside the property, completely fenced, you will have two reserved parking spaces, a shared BBQ area (2 wood/charcoal BBQs + 2 tables with benches), shared swimming pool with children's pool (the pool is completely fenced and has a gate to ensure safety for children), outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, sun loungers), playground, ping pong table, washing machine and dispenser of still and sparkling microfiltered water. The large park will allow you to relax in the sun or in the shade of olive trees and other trees. From the main entrance you can enter and exit either by car or on foot/by bike, from the back of the residence you can exit on foot and reach the lively center of Montinelle and the port of Dusano. Villa S. Caterina is a 20th century Art Nouveau building, located in the immediate vicinity of the small church of the same name, in the small village of Gardoncino in Manerba del Garda. The ancient holiday home of the Brescian bourgeoisie is immersed in a centenary park and offers its guests an enchanting view of the Valtènesi and the morainic hills. The structure houses 16 apartments, for purely tourist use, of different sizes and types. During the skilful renovation, some original elements were kept unchanged. Paola was very organized (perfectly prepared check-in) and responsive, she tried to make everything possible what we asked for. The appartment was clean and the kitchen had everthing we needed to prepare a meal for 7 people. Because all appartements are built into an old villa, you might cross other guest’s ways more or differently than in normal appartment buildings, but that did not bother us at all. Good restaurants in every price range in walking distance, which was also nice. Stone beach (but really spacy and chill) within a 3 minute drive, always parking lots available when we drove there.
