The residence is located in a quiet area.The 80 square meter apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to eight people. You can relax by the pool, play a game on the soccer field, or have fun in the games room with ping pong, table football, or billiards. You can take lovely walks in the Rocca Park or along the lakeside promenade that leads to the island of San Biagio (rabbit island). Supermarkets are about 2 km from La Grolla. The apartments are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning (on request), and fans. You can dine in the garden on comfortable chairs and private tables.
