Spacious, bright rooms with air conditioning and a TV, plus two verandas—one at the front and one at the back—where you can enjoy peaceful, relaxing moments over lunch and dinner with family or friends.There’s a sofa area with a TV, a kitchenette fully equipped with all utensils—including a coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, air fryer, and microwave—and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. A washing machine is also available. On one of the verandas, you’ll find a barbecue for your meals. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the sea, where you’ll find the beautiful golden beach and crystal-clear waters of San Pietro in Bevagna. There’s free parking right in front of the house—in short, nothing is missing. Everything is within walking distance: shops and the town centre, with the cheerfulness and carefree spirit of summer, yet intimate and peaceful in winter.
