Un surface parfaite offrant de très beaux volumes. 3 vraies chambres et des pièces de vie très spacieuses. Une vue a couper le souffle sur la marina, la mer et la baie de Cannes ainsi que le golf. Terrasse sublime surtout la nuit quand elle est éclairée. Les 2 places de parking cote à cote sont un atout indéniable. Nous avons pus jouer sur 6 golfs différents à proximité immédiate.
