Ich kenne das Hotel seit mehreren Jahren und war bisher besonders vom Frühstücksbüffet begeistert.Hier hat die Qulität nachgelassen was ich sehr bemängel. The reception staff were also rude. Considering the inconvenience we already went through, the least they could have done was be apologetic or at least appear to be so.
