"This is a basic no frills hotel, yet served its purpose well. The two things going for it are the location (a very walkable 5 min to the property - even with luggage), and Richard, the front desk host. Amazing customer service skills, even when he got a call, which he handled brilliantly while also tending to a number of people checking in, including me. Rooms are small but comfortable and quiet. And the shower pressure is like a firehose, and I didn’t even have it at full volume."

"The hotel was in a great location. Easy walk to the City Center The included Breakfast buffet included many choices. I loved the pretzels. The car park is not for the faint of heart. You have to put the car in an elevator. Anita, was one of the desk clerks that was super helpful during the day. However, all the clerks were helpful. The room was small but clean. Bed was comfortable. Typical European style of bedding. We would return if we are in Munich again."

Breakfast is perfection and the Falk bar is a lovely place to jump into the festivities donning your tracht. Location is perfect, just across from Lodenfrey in case you need to get the latest dirndl fashion, walking to all that Munich has to offer. We look forward to returning"

"This is a wonderful hotel in a convenient location. We were surprised how much space we had in the room. Our only concern was that they shut the air conditioning off for the season halfway through our stay. It was fine on September 30 but it wasn’t working the night of October 1 and too hot in the room. As global temperatures increase and it remains hot well into autumn, this policy makes no sense. I wouldn’t stay again in October."

"A wonderful stay in Munich This was my first stay at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München, and it will now be my go-to stay in Munich. The location in the center of the City is fantastic. The hotel has a wonderful combination of old-world elegance and modern comfort. What I appreciated most was the exceptional service. Everyone I encountered was friendly, gracious, and genuinely interested in making my stay enjoyable. I especially want to call-out Aires at Reception. The attention to detail really made a difference. This is fully driven from the top-down by the GM, Holger, who I had the pleasure of meeting through a friend who lives part-time in Munich. And there is a cigar lounge for guests - with floor to ceiling filtration! While I did not have time for the spa, it is one of the top spas in Munich. My room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, modern and quiet, and the entire hotel has a warm, sophisticated atmosphere. It was also a pleasure simply coming back to the hotel after being out for meetings and hosting clients during Oktoberfest! Overall, this was a memorable stay, and I would very happily stay here again on my next visit to Munich. A truly special hotel and an experience I would highly recommend."
