And it a short walk to the Manchester-Piccadilly train station also. The space was clean and well-maintained, linens were fresh, and the kitchen was supplied with all needs, including some continental breakfast options. Towards the college, there were several options for restaurants and Dan provided a Tip sheet for visitors. Dan was a responsive and kind homeowner too :) My only concern was the listing of how many beds were available. It lists 10 sleep spaces for adults but 6 would be the max. In addition, the additional spaces could fit up to 2 children/teens. This is if everyone shares a bed (except a small couch that could accommodate 1 small child) so a max of 8 people.
