Villa 5 minutes from the beach with private pool.Located in a quiet residential area, ideal to enjoy for a family holiday or with a group of friends, surrounded by pristine beaches.  
A 150 square meters detached house on 2 floors, ground floor with living room, american kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, and upstairs: two double bedrooms and one bathroom. Bathrooms are provided with a bath. The property has front and rear porch terrace with terrace and a terrace on the first floor.
