On the ground floor, there is a friendly bedroom with a double bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), air conditioning, electric radiator, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The open living area is bright and spacious, featuring air conditioning, additional radiators, and a pellet stove that provides cosiness on cooler evenings. A modern smart TV invites relaxed movie nights. Directly adjacent is the kitchen with a pantry and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer – perfect for longer stays. For coffee lovers, both a Nespresso machine and a DeLonghi coffee machine with a grinder are available.
