It is situated on a 16,000 m² plot with a beautiful garden next to the house. With just under 400 m², this impressive house offers space for up to 10 people. Both the convenient location and the quiet location make this property the perfect starting point for a relaxing and, if desired, varied holiday. A large, partially covered terrace stretches out in front of the house, providing much-needed shade in summer. In front of it is an incredible 15-metre pool that invites you to swim many lengths. It has a comfortable stepped entrance. It is sensational to observe the infinity effect that spreads out against the backdrop to the landscape that lies at your feet. As the view from here is not obstructed by a fence, wall or other objects, the feeling of freedom is truly impressive. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the pool terrace for relaxing in the radiant Mediterranean sun. Children will certainly have lots of fun playing and running around on the beautiful lawns on the side of the house. Here, the palm trees cast a natural shade at any time of day. Guests appreciate the partial niches and lovingly planted terrace areas around the house. Should anyone ever feel the need to retreat, there will be no difficulty in finding a cosy spot. As soon as you enter the building, you will notice the high-quality furnishings at first glance. There are two extremely comfortable sofas and a satellite TV in the living room. On cooler evenings, you can even relax by the light of the fireplace and the warmth of a fire.
