The 600sqm large, lovingly created, private property offers a 9x3m large pool, a 70sqm terrace with large dining area and a cozy garden lounge, which can be shaded by a screen. At the covered dining area with the large barbecue grill you will spend convivial days and nights outdoors. On the relax island or one of the 4 loungers you can enjoy the many hours of sunshine at the private pool. Due to the dimensions 9x3m, the pool is not only suitable for swimming, but also offers ambitious swimmers a perfect size. The pool, as well as the entire garden, is cleaned regularly and can be lit in the evening atmospheric. On the upper floor of the villa is a large bedroom with direct access to the 25sqm balcony. Here you can end the day with a glass of wine in the cozy designer armchairs. The quiet bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (160x200cm), a large wardrobe and satellite TV. On the same floor is a large bathroom with double vanity, separate toilet and a huge walk-in rain shower, hair dryer, storage space for toiletries. Another special feature is the adjoining balcony with an outdoor shower for outdoor shower fun. Also on the upper floor is our small bedroom with a sofa bed, which can be converted into a full 140x200cm bed with high quality mattress. The further bedroom on the ground floor accommodates two 90x200cm boxspring beds, which can be used as a double bed as well as in the form of two single beds. In addition, this room has a large built-in wardrobe, as well as a satellite TV. Next door is another modern bathroom, also with walk-in rain shower and hair dryer. Highlight of the house is the over two floors open living space with a cozy sitting area including satellite TV. The sofa can be converted if necessary to a 160x200cm bed with good mattress and thus offers enough space for 2 people. The large dining area is equipped with high quality designer furniture. If the weather is not perfect, you can spend nice hours here with family or friends. The adjoining, top modern kitchen with a meal bar makes every hobby chef's heart beat. It offers high quality electrical appliances (oven with steamer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, magic wand, induction hob ...) and also a built-in water filter, which ensures drinking water quality. In the utility room is the modern washing machine with dryer function, as well as iron and vacuum cleaner ready. In the house and on the whole property you have access to the free wireless high-speed Internet connection. So you can surf in the open air. The entire house can be cooled in the summer with the environmentally friendly air conditioning (air heat pump) and keep comfortably warm in winter. The impressive XXL alu sliding shutters not only look great, but also help to keep the temperature comfortable in the summer. Of course you can leave bed linen and towels at home, we provide these. Also belong to the house two high-quality golf bags from Wilson (please specify when booking). You can park your rental car safely on the private parking space. The villa is located in a secure community, which includes a huge, well-maintained community pool with adjoining children's playground. As our guest you get exclusive access to this area. The beautiful, family beach of Cala Murada is only 800m away and can be reached perfectly with the bicycles. The beach includes a beach restaurant, where you can enjoy excellent paella at reasonable prices. Other restaurants and two small supermarkets (fresh rolls in the morning) are only a few minutes away by bike and car. Cala Murada is a small, original, Mallorcan village, which is busy all year round. From here you can explore the island with the car. You may visit the beautiful market in Santanyi on Wednesdays or Saturdays, stop in one of the delicious seafood restaurants in nearby Porto Colom and a trip to Palma should always be on your travel list. Das Haus ist sehr modern, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ebenso möchten wir den großen Pool, den toll angelegten Garten mit gemütlichen Sitz- und Relaxgelegenheiten erwähnen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Hr. Hauger und dem Verwalter vor Ort, einfach ein toller Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Stephanie M. Der Pool war traumhaft, genau die perfekte Grösse, wir haben stundenlang gebadet und die Kinder hatten viel Spass… Das Interieur des Hauses ist wirklich hübsch und es wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet…es fehlt an nichts…wir hätten uns einen Grill gewünscht um abends zu grillen (es gab zwar einen Elektrogrill) aber ist auch nicht im Beschrieb dass es ein GasGrill vorhanden ist… Einzig die Sauberkeit beim Eintreffen war solala und mit der Klimaanlage hatten wir Pech, die ist nach ein paar Tagen ausgestiegen und es war wirklich fast unmöglich nachts zu schlafen…der Verwalter hat sich sehr bemüht um das Problem zu beheben, einige Mechaniker waren vor Ort doch erst nach knapp 1 Woche hatte wir wieder A/C… Wir können die hübsche Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen..! Der Pool war fantastisch. Der Vermieter reagiert sehr schnell und beantwortet alle Fragen. Leider war die Klimaanlage defekt, was bei der Hitze teilweise mühsam war. ##### André R. Haben uns ab der 1\. Minute wie zuhause gefühlt! Super netter Kontakt sowohl zum Hausbesitzer als auch zum Verwalter vor Ort! Haus liegt in einer ruhigen schönen Wohnanlage. Der Verwalter ist super nett und für alle Anliegen ansprechbar. Ein Mietauto würde ich aber empfehlen . Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein mit einem Klappbett. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Strände in der Nähe sind wunderschön. ##### Mubera P. Das Haus ist wunderbar, man kann sich sehr schön erholen. Alles was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Im Außenbereich gibt es viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass man immer etwas im Schatten finden kann. Der Pool ist perfekt von der Größe. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer neuen Wohnsiedlung. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, ein kleines Restaurant und Strand sind vorhanden. Grundsätzlich benötigt man aber ein Auto, sonst ist man hier etwas aufgeschmissen. Die Betreuung durch die Verwalter ist sehr gut, kleine Mängel werden sofort behoben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir waren mit vier Personen (Erwachsene) in diesem Haus. Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit einem kleinen Bett ist jedoch nur für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! ##### Carola N. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, dass Haus war total sauber und rein, das haben wir in der Form selten erlebt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend, auch Vorort wurden wir super betreut. Nachdem es einen Schaden an der Klimaanlage gab, war innerhalb von 15 Minuten ein Elektriker Vorort. Da wir mit einem kleinen Kind (1,5) verreist sind waren wir auf ein babybett angewiesen. Jeder der ein Kind hat, kennt diese aufklappbaren Babyreisebetten. In der Regel haben sie diese dünne, harte Rollmatratze, aber hier wurde zusätzlich zum Babybett noch eine weiche Extramatratze bereit gestellt, das war großartig und auch das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Einziges Manko, der Nachbar welcher sich an die Terrasse anschloss. Wir waren sicherlich nicht super leise, da wir mit Kind verreisten, aber da sich unsere Terrasse an seine Auffahrt anschloss und sein Garten erst hinter seinem Haus begann und wir somit nicht Tisch an Tisch saßen, war es durchaus aushaltbar, dennoch wurde pünktlich um 8 Uhr für mind. Die gesamte Frühstückzeit lautstark das Auto ausgesaugt, um 6 Uhr wurde der Kofferraum täglich für mindestens eine halbe Stunde auf und zu geknallt. Über den Tag wurde ohne Mittagspause durchgängig irgendetwas gesägt, gebohrt, geschraubt. Das war auch Dauer schon echt belasteten und wir haben uns dann dazu entschieden, die Tage grundsätzlich am Strand in cala marcal entschieden. Alles in allem ein richtig toller Urlaub, in einer richtig tollen Unterkunft und wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. ##### Franziska M. Ein deutschsprachiger Verwalter ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar (war aber nicht nötig). Das Haus ist schick eingerichtet-man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Gleiches gilt auch für die Gartengestaltung. Der Pool ist sauber und lädt zum Baden ein. Man muss allerdings wissen das in dem Ort nicht wirklich viel los ist. Gerade in den Wintermonaten könnte es in dem Viertel sehr einsam sein. Die Beachbar hat am 15\. Oktober die Winterpause eingeläutet. Cala d‘or und Porto Cristo sind schnell erreichbar (für eventuellen Bootcharter), größere Supermärkte findet man in Campos und Felanitx (auch deutsche wenn gewünscht).
