Bäcker, Bars Strand, kleine Läden in Laufweite. Nachteil ist, dass die Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer ist, in den Schlafzimmern gibt es nur Ventilatoren. Die Poolliegen haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und sind nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.
