Introducing this newly renovated, multi-story 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Townhome in Mammoth Lakes California located within walking distance to the The Village. You can't beat this location with central access to Canyon Ski Lodge, the Village and the lakes basin. New to the rental market, the townhome offers a spacious layout with a two story floor plan, comfortably sleeps 8, has wood flooring throughout and upgrades. On the entry level there is a mudroom entry way to store all of your gear, and two bedrooms and full bath. Bedroom one features a King bed and bedroom two features a King bed, along with a set of bunk beds with Twin over Twin. The shared full bathroom is accessed from the hallway and features a tub/shower combo, as well as a private stacked private washer / dryer. On the upper level of the home, the third bedroom features a Queen bed and full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The open plan living room and dining room looks over an expansive deck, where you can sit on the window seat and soak in the quiet forest setting and stunning mountain views. Cozy around the wood burning stove or catch a movie on the large 65" flatscreen TV. The fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The dining space offers seating for 3 with additional bar stool seating for 3 at the kitchen island. This unit comes with complimentary WIFI. The Lakeview Villas complex offers a gas BBQ grill for use in the Summer months, outdoor hot tubs that are open year-round, Sauna and a recreation room with games, Fuseball and a pool table. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The only downside to the location was that since Mammoth experienced a pretty good size storm while we were there, this is a steet facing condo unit as Lakeview Drive turns to the left so it's kind of like a wind tunnel right in front of the unit. Lots of snow accumulation and high winds hitting the front door.
