The picturesque and peaceful neighborhood is located in a meadow at the base of the Sherwin Mountain Range with an incredible view of Mammoth Mountain and Mammoth Rock. The Snowcreek 5 development is beautiful and well maintained with willowy Aspen trees and summer wildflowers at your front and back door and a dazzling snow covered panorama in the winter. This two story town home with no one above or below you to disturb your peace and quiet during your stay has all the comforts of a luxury vacation rental. This remarkable 1600 square foot condo has 3 well appointed bedrooms, 3 pristine bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable cozy living room, a warm welcoming fireplace, a fully operational laundry room, a balcony with enchanting views and one bedroom deck. On the upper level you will find the open floor plan kitchen/living/dining room with high ceilings and an attached balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook almost any meal. Windows and skylights provide an abundance of light and warmth on sunny days. Also on this level is the master suite with a king size bed. On the ground level you will find the laundry room, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The larger bedroom has a queen size bed and a sliding door leading to an outside deck with a view of a sloping hill with naturally landscaped wildflowers and aspens that are beautiful to wake up to! The third bedroom is equipped with a full/twin bunk-bed. We provide Direct TV in the living room, master bedroom and larger downstairs bedroom and free WIFI throughout. There are an abundance of towels provided for both bathrooms and any trips to the hot tub you may wish to indulge in and we also provide toilet tissue, Kleenex, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap for your convenience. Daily maid service is not provided but is available on request for an additional fee. There is a one car garage with private entry plus one private parking space available in the driveway in front of the garage, as well as community parking across the street. Close to town, yet just far enough away to be immersed in the delights and wonder of nature, you will have all your dining, shopping and recreational needs met within a 10 to 15 minutes drive. Summer activities include hiking, mountain biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding and back country wilderness exploration. The development is accessible to the local bike path and Snowcreek Golf Course. Winter activities include world class skiing, ice skating, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowball fights and snowman building! There is a giant hill for sledding bordering Snowcreek 5 so don't forget your tube or sled for hours of afternoon fun! After a day on the slopes or out on the lake come home and enjoy one of several large hot tubs located within walking distance of your unit. Star gazing and bird watching are also great year round activities to be enjoyed while curled up by the fire wrapped in a cozy blanket or relaxing on the balcony for the evening or afternoon. This was out third time staying at Kevin’s condo. It’s a great place and fits our ski trip needs perfectly. We have a younger family and apart from a few post skiing dinners, we don’t spend a lot of time in the village. Driving from this home to Canyon, Eagle or Main lodges is very easy. The managers of the property do incredible job clearing snow. Even with 5’ of snow in 24 hours, we had no problems getting out and about with our car. Snowplows and snowblowers worked around the clock (some noise, but we were delighted to hear it as we knew it was giving us chance to get out and ski). Hope to visit again and again. ##### brian m. What a beautifully kept home! Everything looks like the pictures, and perhaps more beautiful and cozy in person! Every bed is comfortable with high quality mattress and bedding, every room is decorated with style exuding a welcoming vibe, and even the sofa and chairs are super comfortable! The kitchen is probably better stocked than my own home with good quality plates, bowls, cups and pots. The location is conveniently close to everything, ski resort, restaurants, shops, etc. Not least of all, the host is super responsive and accommodating to our request and question. I always look for what I call adult accommodations and this condo was spot on. My definition of adult accommodations means every bedroom has its own bathroom and full, queen, or king size beds. The kitchen had all the necessary pots and pans to prepare meals. It snowed while I was there and the driveway and street were cleared out early in the morning before we left for slopes. This was our second stay at Kevin’s townhouse. It’s a fantastic place. Perfect for our family’s needs - 3 kids aged between 4-9\. Clean, well appointed, everything in good working order. We got dumped on with snow again this year. And just like last year the snow clearing teams did a phenomenal job each day ensuring we had easy access to get out. We needed chains on the car for two of the days. But once had them on, it was very easy to navigate everywhere from this location. Close to Vons, reasonably close to the village and Canyon Lodge.
