This well-appointed, warmly decorated townhouse with flooring throughout, Washer/Dryer and WiFi offers an excellent spacious floorplan, perfect for a group or family of 8\. Adjacent to the community pool and spa and not far from the tennis courts, this condo enjoys partial views of the Sherwin Mountains. The living area features a large comfortable section (with sleeper sofa) so all of the family can cozy up around the wood burning fireplace. The open plan kitchen and dining area allows for great social evenings with dining for 6 and counter bar stools for additional seating for 3\. Equipped with a 42" flatscreen TV with cable, DVD player for entertainment, a full bath and private deck on this level. The upstairs loft is a great spot for one family or the kiddos offering 2 twin beds and one queen bed, with flatscreen TV. The master downstairs features a King bed, TV and full en-suite bath. The second bedroom on the downstairs entry level features a Queen bed and en-suite full bath. The unit also offers a private washer/dryer in unit so you can keep up with the chores! Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was comfortable. Furniture is a little dated and the carpet in the bathrooms is a bit odd. Amenities were very nice, pool and general condition of the complex. Reviewer Comments: One issue, we checked in, got the keys, and upon opening the front door of the unit, there was a gas smell. We immediately called Mammoth Sierra Reservations. Long story short, we called AmeriGas ourselves as an "emergency." Amerigas came out, and there was a propane gas leak outside the master bedroom window which runs to the community jacuzzi. Initially we were told by Maintenance that the smell was a dead rat in the unit. It was unbearable. AmeriGas fixed the leak and called us letting us know that it was ok to return to the unit. It took over 24 hours for the smell to diminish.This unit, after our 24 hour checkin, was a great set up and we'd probably stay again due to it's size and accommodations. ##### Leslie S. ---
