Welcome to our family-friendly 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom townhouse in the meadow area of Mammoth Lakes. Only 1 mile to Eagle Lodge, and steps from the Red Line Shuttle, this spacious 1500 sq.ft. townhome offers views of Mammoth and the Sherwin mountains. With Mammoth Creek in our backyard, our mountain retreat offers gorgeous views from the balcony, and outdoor activities right out the front door. With a porch 'ski closet', you can safely tuck away your outdoor gear for the night. We are a pet-free vacation home.
A well-equipped, upgraded kitchen offers plenty of counter space, food storage cupboard, appliances, and cookware for a holiday meal or a quiet night in. The open floor plan ensures that the cook in the kitchen doesn't miss out on anything, enjoying the wood-burning fireplace and TV. Equipped with a bar and bar glasses, you can serve up your favorite cocktail.
On the first floor, you'll find the two bedrooms. Bedroom #1, the blue room, offers a queen-sized bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, electric wall heater, closet, and an upgraded ensuite full bathroom with shower, tub, and electric ceiling heater. Bedroom #2, the master bedroom, offers a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, electric wall heater, and a fully upgraded ensuite bathroom with a ceiling heater. You'll stay toasty-warm downstairs where both bedrooms are heated via a fireplace-heated forced air system and/or electric wall heaters. On the first floor, you'll also find a full-sized washer and dryer.
In addition to the kitchen and living area on the main floor, you'll enjoy a dining area for 8 and a third fully upgraded bathroom. With vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural and canned lighting, you can also control the temperature of the main floor and loft area with a ceiling fan. You can stream your favorite shows on our 65" smart TV, work from home with our high-speed Wi-Fi connection, or just relax and enjoy the views. A brand-new sectional sofa offers ample seating and a sofa sleeper.
The loft is equipped with 4 twin beds, each with a bedside table and lamp, canned lighting, and a large built-in dresser and desk.
The whole townhouse can be heated by fireplace, through a forced-air system, or by use of wall heaters in each room to keep you cozy on even the coldest winter nights. In the warmer months, there are plenty of ceiling and floor fans to keep you comfortable.
Out on the balcony, you'll find plenty of firewood in the winter and views of the Sherwins and Mammoth mountains. In the summer, enjoy a cocktail or meal at our balcony bar with views of the aspen trees and Snowflower's well-known columbine gardens. Snowflower is one of the most well-maintained and beautifully landscaped complexes in Mammoth.
This is the perfect location to explore the Mammoth area. Just steps from the Red Line shuttle, Mammoth Creek, and the Town Loop Bike Trail, you can adventure in about every direction. Walking distance to restaurants, bowling alley, and the ice rink. Eagle Lodge is about 1 mile away, Canyon Lodge just a short drive further, and the Red Line shuttle will take you to the Village and Main Lodge, you can easily ski from all your favorite spots. A short drive or bike ride away from the Lakes Basin, you can enjoy the day out at Twin Lakes, Lake Mary, Lake George, or enjoy a beautiful hike to Crystal Lake.
Snowflower complex is conveniently located near town and the Snowcreek golf course and Snowcreek Athletic Club. The complex common area is equipped with 2 jacuzzis, sauna, bathroom/shower area, and in the warmer months, a seasonal pool, tennis/pickleball court, and outdoor BBQs.
This is a pet-free home. Owners have significant allergies to your furry companions. ESA letter required (see below). To keep our townhome in the best condition possible for all of our guests, the number of occupants must match the rental agreement.

We loved staying at Mike's house in Mammoth. It was so close to beautiful walking trails and perfect for a family getaway. 10 minute drive from Lake Mary and other beautiful hiking locations. Our baby had fun swimming in the pool, too! Thank you!
This house was perfect. The host was communicative and available if we needed him, which we didn't because everything was well taken care of. Plenty of dry wood and kindling for the easy-to-use fire place. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of games to play, an available shovel to dig us out of 4ft of fresh snow and wonderful hot tub and sauna area. We would definitely stay here again.
This was probably a good condo for a different family. It is conveniently located to town and shuttle line for much of Mammoth Lakes. The pool and hot tubs were great. It is walking distance to a children's park. The walking path near by is also a plus.The kitchen has a good many items for cooking for a group. The three levels were a problem for our group. It is a very dark condo. Not as light during the day as I would have preferred.
