The Space:
Settle into a cozy, well-appointed condo designed for easy mountain getaways. The living room centers around a large fireplace with a flat-screen TV for movie nights, plus a DVD/VCR for classic entertainment. Step out to the private balcony for fresh alpine air.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a blender, toaster, and drip coffee maker, along with cookware and serveware for home-cooked meals. Gather at the dining table with seating for 6, and fire up the outdoor BBQ grill for casual cookouts.
Sleep comfortably in the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and in-room vanity. A full bathroom with a large shower and an additional vanity serves all guests. The living room sofa converts to a sleeper for two more guests. Shared laundry facilities are available in the complex for your convenience.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Up to 2 unassigned spaces in the lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be located inside the unit. Additional parking is not guaranteed.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• Winter shuttle: A free shuttle operates in winter. The Red Line goes to the Village and Main Lodge; the Green Line goes to the Village and Eagle Lodge. Schedules and routes are subject to change by the transit provider.
• Community amenities: Tennis courts are open in summer only. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and BBQ area may be unavailable due to renovations until further notice. Availability, hours, and maintenance of all communal amenities are managed by the HOA and are not guaranteed.
• Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are available in the complex.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please reach out if you need help finding a pet-friendly stay.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Walkability & nearby parks: Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Mammoth Creek Park, Twin Lakes Vista, and Shady Rest Park are within about a 5-minute drive.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
