The location of the property was wonderful, and there is a nice sidewalk nearby that reaches all the way to the Village area, making it safe to walk there. The unit actually stays warm without blasting the heaters. Just a warning there are a lot of stairs to the unit which could be tough for older folks or people with balance issues. ##### David B. This condo was a perfect place to stay at while we explored Mammoth and surrounding areas for the weekend. The place was comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. Usually it’s a hassle to go and get the keys and turn them back in, so getting to skip that was a definite plus. Perfect location to get to the mountain easily in the morning. Also close enough to walk to the village. Super clean. Not really enough seating for 8 people in the main room though unless people want to sit at the kitchen table ##### Allie K. Better than we expected! Totally stocked and all the little extras were a nice bonus! Spices, zip lock baggies, tin foil, soaps, etc. Walkable to the village and dining. Best part, awesome layout with 2 King bedrooms, one up and one downstairs made a great split for our crew. Perfect for two families, or a larger group where you want to split up a little. I do with they had an appletv or something we could link our iphones to. But the TV was huge and they had lot of local channels netflix and more. The location is great, super close to the village. The jacuzzi was nice and the sauna was hot. They gave us the wrong code for the jacuzzi the first night but we got the right code the next day, the management was very responsive.
