Mountainback #115, 3 bedroom, loft

This 3 bedroom with loft year round property is ideal for any large family or multiple families vacationing together. The spacious floor plan and many sleeping options create a great space for relaxing and enjoying after a long day adventuring around Mammoth.

Maximum Occupancy is 10 people! WiFi in the unit.

Bed Arrangement: There is a king in the master bedroom with a Smart TV, a queen in the second bedroom with a TV available to stream online only, and two twins in the loft. This unit also has a additional den with semi enclosure for privacy with a euro bunk bed. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room for an additional sleeper!

Unit Amenities: There is a flat screen TV and VCR in the living room and also a wood burning stove to cozy up to. A fully remodelled kitchen and floor. Kitchen includes an espresso machine and Keurig K cup so please remember to bring your favorite K cup beverage, WIRELESS connection compliments of the owners and 3 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer are also available for use!

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

Mountainback Amenities:The premises has 6 jacuzzi's and 1 swimming pool open in the summer with bbq area!

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

Fantastic unit

Need a good maintenance on this unit

The unit is not clean, all blinds are broken, windows can't open ,dryer is working but not heating that's why clothes are still wet. The hot tub & pool is dirty. Not coming back here.
