"This hotel is undergoing changes, not all positive. First, the hotel reports it is undergoing a total remodel. Hopefully good outcome when done. Second, the hotel breakfast went from decent to terrible. No eggs or sausage anymore and paltry other selections. Third, new fees. I tried to check in at 1:40, instead of 3pm. They told me the room was ready, but would have to charge me $50 to get in an hour and 20 minutes early. Wet and tired from spring skiing this was a crummy money grab on a $149 a night room. I’ve stayed at this hotel probably 12 times in the last 5 years. This was my last visit. "

"Had a fantastic stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The space had everything we needed, and it was clear the hosts put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome.The location was great and made it easy to enjoy Mammoth Mountain, and check-in/check-out was smooth and hassle-free. Communication with the host was excellent throughout.Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone considering this place"

"The room did the job in terms of a place to sleep for the night. Walls are thin and neighbors were loud late and night and again early in the morning. Nothing nice, but did the trick for a quick nighter to hit the resort the next day. Would I return - likely not. "

"Unbeatable location just steps from Eagle Lodge. Heated pool with 3 hot tubs great for post-ski recovery. Rooms are a little bit dated, but overall excellent stay. "

"I was there for 5 days, on my second day half of the electricity in my unit went out. I told the workers and they fixed it but 15 minutes later it went out again and the maintenance are not on site. All the food in my fridge went bad and I had to shower using my cell phone light. Even with the lights were working and is on, the unit was very dark The bathroom definitely needs remodeling, its very old and dripping other the sink and there are cracks everywhere. Location is otherwise great and good for a short stay. "
