You're close to all the amenities of Town but in a quiet and relaxed setting. Our Condo is located near golf and the mountain and sleeps 8 comfortably. The condo is located next to guest parking and directly across from the community jacuzzi. Kitchen is fully stocked and our home has laundry machines. Snow shoe out the back door or look at Mammoth Mountain from the living room. One car garage and 1 car parking in front. Possibilities are endless from this comfortable condo. Dog friendly, 1 dog limit, for small dogs no more than 20 lbs. We cooked our meals without issue, enjoyed board games in front of the fire, and had fun in the very closely located hot tub. I can’t think of a single thing that would have made our trip better! The location was easy to find, and had beautiful view of the mountains. There are couple of suggestions that would make this place 5 star: 1- the bedroom downstairs with bunk beds has a floor lamp which barely gives any lighttight at night. 2- the central heating system didn't warm up downstairs, it'll be good to separate downstairs from upstairs heating since the families on the top floor were hot while the downstairs residence were always cold. We had our 2 yr old grandson and the stair blocker, the crib, and the high chair were great - The kitchen had all the proper necessities. We would def. like to come back. The condo sits in a beautiful area! Easy to get too from town! It’s a very comfortable atmosphere, very inviting & cozy, but with the money our group paid we shouldn’t have had any issues but we did: 1\. The condo was full of dog hair and dust bunnies in every corner! 2\. The vacuum was broken 3\. No trash can in the kitchen 4\. Comforter on queen bed was dirty 5\. Could not get the TV in the living room to work I hope the next guests who stay don’t have to clean the place before they start enjoying it like our group did! :( ##### Dena D. House was unavailable at designated check in time (4pm) and we had to wait nearly an hour while maids cleaned house. This may seem inconsequential but when you have children who are tired and sick, it becomes a huge inconvenience. Property manager said it was because it was a busy holiday weekend, but in my opinion you should provide a gap day between guests if you cannot have the house ready when promised — or at a very minimum provide some type of refund. House is in a very good location in snow creek, but is showing some wear and tear (door trim broken upstairs, master bath toilet latch comes undone, etc.), I would normally look past these issues but when combined with check in debacle and lack of sympathy from manager/owner I’m left with having to leave poor review. ##### Adam K. We appreciated the manager's responsiveness to some of the issues we noticed the first couple of day (door lock and access code not working, no screen on the master deck door, issue with a broken shade), but there were additional ones that came up during the week that we didn't have the time to deal with. The biggest concern was that the TVs/cable were glitching the whole time, which was a huge bummer because we were there during the Olympics. From a safety perspective, they need at least one smoke alarm upstairs, and functioning alarms downstairs (they weren't working). Also, some baseboard moldings had fallen off and were on the ground with exposed nails in the upstairs bedroom (one person almost stepped on it). We really just wanted to relax and not deal with coordinating getting all of that fixed, so I stopped reaching out after the first few requests/inquiries.
