Lobby bar is a scene. The drinks are decent. The pool room is fun. The Urban Room bartenders make good drinks, but the food / menu is a bit overrated and overpriced. Rooms are standard no complaints.

While the facility is in good shape, it just isn’t great. The staff is amazing and accommodating, ready to help and very friendly. The entire place just seems as though it could be a little brighter, a little cleaner. Nothing is wrong, but it could be just a little better to make it great. Thank you for a good stay!

I enjoyed my stay at this quaint boutique hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout my visit. The hotel is tucked just off Rittenhouse Square on a charming side street, and walking to Walnut Street for shopping and dining couldn’t have been easier. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. I truly loved my experience here and plan to stay again anytime I’m in Philadelphia. I would highly recommend it to my friends.

I think the cost was a lot for this standard hotel. Nothing special about it. Bed and pillow were very soft. I was not a fan of that. Signs on the wall were crooked. Free breakfast was ok.
