Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.

This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available. Thank you!

*Their WiFi has a weak security rating. Not acceptable with all the hacking and scams.
*Our bathroom sink was so clogged that it filled up halfway every time I washed my hands.
*Few instructions, I.e. we didn't know we had to ask the desk to get a luggage cart and as seniors had a hard time getting our luggage down. Only found this out as we checked out. No way to know.
*Had to leave the car by a fire hydrant since no other place to unload and load the car. The hotel expects everyone to pay $60 a day to park in the parking garage on the hotel side.
*My husband did enjoy the pool
