Villa Casa Pascual (formerly known as Villa Ribot I) has a superb location in the popular resort of Alcudia and is a great choice if you want to leave the car at home. The sandy Alcudia Beach plus a range of shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance, as well as a waterpark ideally located at the end of the street! Back at the villa you'll find 3 bright and airy bedrooms, stylish interiors and your own private pool to enjoy. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Casa Pascual has a fantastic location in the centre of Alcudia resort, with a host of restaurants, shopping and entertainment on your doorstep. You'll find a waterpark just across the road, perfect for cooling off on a hot day. Or, head to the wide sandy bay of Alcudia Beach, just 15 minutes' walk away. The historic old town is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride away, steeped in history with lots of restaurants and bars to explore. Villa Casa Pascual is semi-detached with our villa Pascual Riera.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
