We stayed for a week at this resort and the limited pool access was pretty strange for a resort. Pool and indoor pool closes at 7 pm every night. Breakfast is the same everyday and isn’t all that great, the coffee is inconsistent too (sometimes there is milk other times there isn’t.) the key system: there’s two keys on one hook and these keys are in inseparable - so if you want to leave the room you’ll have to turn the electricity off from the electric key. This wouldn’t be a big deal if weren’t coming back to a really hot room every day. The AC system is barely blowing any air. Also make sure you don’t end up on a room far from the wifi because anything below floor 3 has limited wifi access. Other than those things, the staff was nice and accommodated as much as they could which we really appreciated.

Good location in Santa Ponsa
Our stay was for 2 weeks,The hotel was fine,comfortable beds,good showers and quiet at night time,good location central to everything, nice pool and bar area around pool .The only issue was the ladder’s for entering the pool were missing a rubber gripping mat making it unsafe and difficult to enter and exit, and numerous people had the same issue . The restaurant food was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, and they also had events daily for guests both children and adults which was very good and the staff responsible for them were very helpful and good fun.

Autumn short bargain break in the sun
Great welcome when checking in, room clean and well equipped, with a sunny balcony with a great sea view. Kettle, toaster and even a tea pot provided. Pool area spacious clean, plenty of sun loungers. Hotel is perfectly located with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It was fairly quiet when we stayed in October, but guess it will be quite noisy in high season. The hotel is quite dated but well maintained and excellent value for money.

The hotel is well staffed and all staff including cleaners, reception and bar staff very helpful. The property and rooms are looking dated but not dirty. Air con in our room was working but not well, very helpful add ins such as tea towel and washing up liquid soap for washing. Pool area spotless despite brits constantly trying to get it dirty and the views were fantastic from the rooms over the pool to the cove beyond. Location lots of great restaurants and handy bars and shops around

Good location - rooms very clean, nice selection at breakfast buffet. Lots of sunbed reserving very early on and noise from groups staying at the hotel, but as the resort caters to groups this wasn't unexpected. Great value for price we paid!

We stayed two nights in self catering apartment..very basic quality tho to be fair we paid a very basic price. Our chambermaid however was a delightful.lady. If we need same accommodationin the area again, then would definitely look elsewhere..

The location of the hotel is great, the grounds near the sea are nice, but the front of the hotel on the street side is disappointing and hard to know you are in the right place. The hallways leading to the rooms are long, sterile, and aged. The vibe of the hallway is a definite hint that the rooms are equally bad. The room was very out of date. The paint has smudges, the wood had stains, the towels were thin and had threads hanging from them. Most of all, the beds were a complete joke. Two small beds pushed together with outdated bedding. If you sit on them, you hit the bottom support board. My bed was angled slightly, making me feel like I had to hold on while I slept. This was so uncomfortable, we woke up with aches and stiffness. The floor is a better sleep option. We complained to the night staff at the front desk and were told by the two gentlemen working there that there is nothing they could do and we would have to wait until morning to talk to someone about it. We had booked 4 nights, but only stayed the one and checked out with no guarantee of our money being refunded. We are still waiting to see if we will get a refund. The morning staff did try to accommodate us by offering us another room, but I couldn't face even trying. I can not imagine this place having a better situation.

Hotel was beautiful. The apartments aren't very big. Upon check-in we had to upgrade to a seaview and request a bigger room as there was 4 in our party and nowhere in the standard room to put the extra roll out bed. The apartment would have been fine for a few days but not a week.

the room was well laid out had a great view of the sea. The reception staff were ok but not exactly welcoming on our arrival. The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. It was far too small and crowded for a hotel of this size. There was a "life guard" on duty but he did nothing to stop kids and middle aged men from bombing other swimmers in the pool. This meant that my 8 year old daughter was too scared to use it most of the time we were there. The hotel was clean but the facilities are badly dated and need to be upgraded.

Amazing view of harbor and bay. Walking distance to many great restaurants (recommend “Miami”). Gift shops everywhere and nice beach-15 minute walk. The buffet was satisfactory. Rooms are very plain and old. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Air conditioning not that great and rooms were very hot at night. No problem if you’re out and about all day, but not a restful place to sleep.
