This lovely mature and cozy house is set in the heart of Cala San Vicente just from a short walk to the two beaches of the resort.
Inside the house there is a very spacious open plan lounge dining area with doors opening onto the shaded front terrace. Next to the dinning there is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a door opening onto the rear terrace.
A passageway from the dinning area leads to the bedrooms, these comprises of two doubles and one twin, all the tree bedrooms are sharing two bathrooms, one with a bath and another one with shower. All the bedrooms are provided with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
There are plenty of sunbeds and an alfresco dining set - perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun. This is a great private villa perfect for a family wanting space for children to enjoy and also has the advantage of being within walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COST.
