La Goletta was a very relaxing place to stay. The beach was so convenient just 25 yards away and the hire of a parasol and sunbeds at 15 euros a day was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly Carlos on reception who answered a million questions and our breakfast waiter Enzo. Thoroughly recommend La Goletta to everyone and the lovely resort of Porto Pollensa.

Just spent 10 nights as a solo traveler at the Goleta hotel. Location stunning. literally cross the road and you’re at the beach. Parasols and towels provided for the beach but be aware if you require a sun bed/lounger it’s 15 euros daily. At the top of the hotel, there is a plunge pool and approximately 7 sun lounges and 4 deck chairs but it lacks atmosphere and is quite noisy due to hotels air con system I think. There is just the one restaurant on the ground floor which is pleasant. Breakfast is plentiful and I can recommend the scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. The service is good. The staff in the restaurant are polite and welcoming especially the young chap from Argentina. Most of the reception/ front of house are very professional and helpful, particularly the tall more mature chap and the lovely lady that went out of her way to help me tune in to watch the Lionesses in the semi final. However, there is one that is very surly, rarely looked up to say good morning or afternoon and was rather rude when I questioned a couple of items that should not have been on my hotel bill, Granted these things happen but it’s the way that things are said and handled that can or cannot make a positive impact. The restaurant lacks atmosphere and is rarely busy. Breakfast is good as I mentioned early but alas the evening menu not as so much. Salads are good but there are not a lot of options. Rooms small but clean and comfortable.

Every member of hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is immaculate with a rooftop plunge pool with views over the bay. The standard room we had was compact but immaculately clean with a great bathroom and everything you needed for a lovely stay. Breakfast in the hotel cafe downstairs was amazing! Again with very friendly and efficient staff. Free tea and coffee 24/7 and a water fountain just topped off this really well run hotel.

A short break in a longer stay
This is the second time we have stayed here. We wanted a change in scenery and Puerto Pollensa was lovely. Our room was small and unfortunately overlooked a couple of balcony’s but it had super air con a large shower room and was scrupulously clean. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice.

Really nice staff and it’s ideally situated. Easy walking to bars and restaurants. Beach just across the road. Beach towels in your room with a beach bag. Nice bathroom products. Would definitely return.

Rooms were very small .. no tea and coffee in the room ..Carlos on reception was exceptional .. no info in the room .. no bin in the room … The staff in Resturant were very pleasant .. Albeit the breakfast was very average

Hola,First of all we would like to thank you for your visit and for taking the time to share your experience with other travellers. Thank you also for your kind words for Carlos :) It is true our rooms are not the biggest but, as other guests say, "you have everything you need". In reference to the coffee and tea supply all our guests have all they need for free in our coffee and tea corner available 24/7 in our Cafetería. We do of course provide a bin in all our room bathrooms, and recycling corners in all our corridors. An extra bin would have been provided if you had requested it. About info in the room we provide QR codes at the back of all our room doors with info related to the hotel facilities and also surroundings such as restaurant and beach recommendations. If you prefered not to use the QRs, we would have been very pleased to inform you at the front desk about any doubt you may have had. It would have been really nice to get your comments during your stay in order to find easy and quick solutions. Wish you all the best in your future journeys!

Amazing location in the heart of the city.
La Goleta was great! The staff were friendly and accomodating. Location was in the heart of Puerto Pollensa with numerous shops and restaurants. The daily breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from. We will definitely be back to Puerto Pollensa and the La Goleta!!

The property is conveniently located. Check in was easy. The property was clean and comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable - everything functioned as expected. Note: there is no reserved parking available - only street parking. We were lucky to find a space near the hotel but the space was one of only 2-3 available spaces throughout the streets in the small area of the port.

Very cleverly designed. Great rooftop pool. Good breakfast, huge choice. Lovely staff. But don't expect a useable airport shuttle service, bite the bullet and get a taxi (€85).

It was clean and fresh with friendly staff! Nice to have little extras thought of such as the beach towels in a little straw bag for the beach or pool terrace.
