Great location and lovely hotel

Posted 23-Sep-2016
It was close to the beach and not far from centre but still quiet. Studio apartment was small but perfectly adequate, clean and the beds were comfortable. There was all you needed to prepare food if required and we didn't have to request a kettle or remote control for the tv as is often the case. There was also a safe free to use. The hotel would appeal to young families as the amenities for them were good. The food was excellent and good value, I would definitely stay there again.

Clean modern hotel in beautiful resort

Posted 17-Sep-2016
I stayed for 9 nights with my 85 yr old Mum. We both loved the hotel and the resort and couldn't fault it at all. The hotel was clean and modern, the staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were so comfortable we slept like logs and came home relaxed and fully rested. The hotel was in a peaceful location but still close to all the amenities of this beautiful resort. I would definitely return.

So convenient to Puerto Pollensa.

Posted 15-Sep-2016
We have been to Villa Concha before and love where it is positioned in relation to the beach and town. The hotel has been recently refurbished but they would need to address all the little snags which were obviously not sorted in the rush to complete for the start of the season. Our studio apartment was small but adequate and reasonably well equipped for self catering. Beds very comfy. Cleaning very thorough. Very efficient staff in reception. We will be back.

Nice hotel with young child friendly amenities

Posted 15-Sep-2016
Cons: Wifi reception in the rooms furthest away from reception.
Nice hotel set back from the sea front in a quite area. Guarda Civil close by. Not too far from the town centre & restaurants. Nice rooms with fridge, 2 plate hob and Microwave. toaster and kettle. I would go again.

Great location and amazing swimming pools

Posted 10-Jun-2016
Pros: 25m pool was the big selling point for me as a swimmer, 15 Euros you can have a stroke analysis session with video footage to keep. Proximity to beach
Cons: Frequency of cleaning, our toddler naps so we had asked to have our room cleaned before 11.30 but this failed to occur on most days. Disappointing.
Location: Excellent restaurants, beautiful beach.
This is a lovely hotel and the recent refurbishment made it crisp and tidy. The leisure facilities here were fabulous, only marred by a lack of loungers by the main four pools. We arrived before the start of May half term and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, as half term commenced the pool became increasingly busy with people leaving towels from very early morning to secure loungers. This was not managed at all by the hotel and meant that unless you engaged in the same practice you couldn't sit down all day. Be careful if you're traveling with little people, the pool side is flagged with paving slabs that when wet are incredibly slippy, our 20 month old had a few falls and we saw countless other children do the same. Aside from that the hotel is a 4 minute walk to the beach, which was stunning, and a short walk from the main square and restaurants which were reasonably priced and offered a wide range of lovely food. we would highly recommend Amelia, Centric and Joker for mid priced and high quality meals.

Ideales Familienhotel

Posted 05-Jun-2016

Posted 15-May-2016 on Hotels

Room was like a building site

Posted 15-Apr-2016
Pros: not much
Cons: finish building works before you open
Location: all very nice love the place .
We had to move hotels as the room was like a building site: not the best start to a holiday
