First class hotel, with beach access.

Pros: It's position, ambience , cleanliness, friendliness.
Cons: With the class of this hotel, I think complimentary water in the room every day , not just the day of arrival.
Location: This hotel is about complete relaxation by the pool/sea with fantastic restraunts a taxi ride away!
We have stayed at this hotel many times before. It has changed to a gran melia de mar which has elevated its star rating. The pool area has been refurbished, area round the ground floor too has changes all for the better. We had a lovely welcome back from Silvio the lifeguard, who could not be more helpful! With these changes has come a noticeable increase in the cost of drinks and food!

Lovely beach hotel, perfect for a relaxing weekend

Pros: Excellent service, beautiful views, nice pools.
Cons: The food was mediocre, at best.
We stayed over a long weekend in September. It was still very warm and the sea was the perfect temperature for swimming. They don't have a real beach, but they do have ladders on the rocks where you can climb right into the sea. The external view of the hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms are very well maintained and clean. All the rooms have a sea view, and a little balcony. We were there after the main tourist season, so it was very quiet. I imagine it's a bit noisier during the summer, especially as they have a DJ or live music in the evening. The soundproofing in the rooms is very good, though. Our only quibble was with the food. It was very overpriced and very middle of the road. On our first day, there were pieces of plastic in the food. The waiter immediately refunded this, but it did put us off a bit. Luckily, there are several excellent restaurants within walking or driving distance. We had a late flight, but we were able to store our bags and stay by the pool for the whole day after checkout, and they also gave us a room to wash up in before leaving. Again, this might have been because it was off season, and they had a rooms available.

Plus que parfait. L hôtel sera prochainement rénové alors qu il est déjà parfait. Le lieu est magique. Vaut son prix qui est plus que correct.

위치도 팔마시내랑 가까워서 좋았고, 직원들도 친절해서 좋았습니다. 호텔 내 수영장 및 편의시설 또한 좋았습니다. 다만 조금 노후된 시설 및 아침 식사때 직원들의 불친절을 느낀게 아쉬웠슥니다.

Above expectatons. Very friendly staff. Unique little private beach. Good pool and beach services.privileldged location. Only one constructive commemt is that people at front desk or concierge should be better prepared to guive guidance on places to visit and eat. They just do not know the places in their oen island, with exception of Alex at the valet parking from whoom we got the best tips for esch day.

FOOD POISONING FROM THE HOTEL RESTAURANT

I got terrible food poisoning from this hotel. They called a doctor to my room and made me pay for my doctor visit and also the food that got me sick. The doctor said that she didnt think it was from the food from the hotel but that is the only thing I ate all day and more importantly, I started feeling really sick right after I ate it so I believe the doctor is on their side. I called multiple times to the front desk because I literally thought I had to go to the hospital. I was throwing up, diarrhea, fever, chills, etc for 24 hours since I ate their food. They also had the audacity to tell me I should go to the hospital in the area to do a blood test to prove I got food poisoning because they didnt want to pay for my doctor visit and the $40 food I ate from their infested Kitchen. The worst service ever! I am just happy to be alive because I seriously thought I wasnt going to make it but it ruined my trip to Mallorca.
