Nice Hotel, friendly staff
We stayed for 4 nights and we had a great experience. The room has a good size, is bright, clean and has a wonderful view. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good size swimming pool and the food was good too.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel
Definitely not a 4 Star hotel but fits a 3 Star. Hotel is very far from Palma airport (approx. 50 mins) however very close to a nice beach ( Cala de Mallorca ). The beds are terribly uncomfortable, you can feel every spring digging into your body. Bathrooms are very old and had a constant musky/moldy smell lingering around the bathroom. Inside the room you can hear the whole conversation next door as if they are in your room. Hotel had great animation team and nightly entertainment was good. Food is very bland and boring and repetitive, whatever is left over from Dinner is being served next day as lunch. Don’t expect to see much of Spanish dishes a lot of Repetitive sea food. And burgers and pasta served almost everyday. Extra fees for WiFi (€6 per day per device) and safety box fee €5 per day.

This hotel is nicely situated, very close to a beautiful sandy beach as well close to a small village centre. What I really liked about this hotel is that every room has view on the sea where you can every morning observe a sun rise. Its approximately 55 minutes drive from Palma so you will be there in a snap. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, you can request late check-outs till 2 or 4pm by your departure.

Lovely hotel- amazing views
Party of 4 ladies, staying for 3 nights in early May. The main hotel was lovely, clean and modern. We stayed in the annex which hadn't been modernised but was comfortable. The pool was very cold, but I don't think the time of year helped. Food in the hotel was lovely with lots of choice and variety. We were all inclusive. You could eat from 7am until midnight between the buffet, pool bar and pizza bar and get 3 drinks per person at each bar trip, in large glasses instead of the usual 2 in plastic cups which was great. Staff were very friendly. We would stay in the same hotel again, but would like to try another hotel in the chain at other resort.

Very good hotel
Maybe there is only one bad thing that I can say about this hotel and that is the distance from the airport. If you choose to stay here better rent a car or book a private shuttle. My transfer was with shared shuttle and it was too long around 4 hours. I don't know just a bad luck or this is a normal transfer time for this hotel. Anyway everything else was great and i spend a very good holidays.

Disappointing !
This hotel is a 3*, not 4* as all the little extras that make a 4*, aren't there. Check in was swift, hotel room was very clean, but basic . English BBC channels on TV were a bonus ! Food choice was shocking, like preparing a school dinner menu on a budget ! Very disappointing as eating a decent dinner plays a large part of our holiday. Loads of sun loungers but no beach towels available to hire . Hotel position was great with a fantastic sea view.

Start with the positives. This was a family holiday and the room was for 2 adults and 1 child. No complaints on this front nice size and clean, maids done a good job. Unfortunately this was the only good aspect of the hotel. The restaurant was cramped / overcrowded. Tables far to close to each other and it was impossible to get out of your seat without disturbing table next to you, very annoying as a number of tables are set aside for 'GOLD MEMBERS' for an additional £11.50 per day of your stay, something only a handful of people took up and no wonder, as an all inclusive resort you dont expect to have to pay more just to get a decent table in the restaurant. The food itself was poor, limited choice and very repetitive and bland. The most annoying part was tables were left dirty and uncleaned, this led to us being unable to get seated and having to eat out 3 times in a week. Entertainment staff seemed to move between this hotel and the nearby Samoa 3 star, entertainment and food in both hotels was identical. The bar service/area was also a let down there was a pool bar and a small bar at opposite side of hotel with long queues in each as no self service pumps for soft drinks. Big areas of this hotels appear to be unused, nicely set out but bars not opened in them so they were left unused by guests. The pool area was another let down limited parasols around 18 between the 2 pools and although you are not allowed to reserve them it was openly done and the staff did nothing

Decent hotel that is convenient to the beach. The staff and animation team worked hard and tried to please. All inclusive drinks are pleasant enough and you have the option to pay a little extra for named brands if you want to.

Lovely Hotel with amazing seaviews
We arrived on the 10th October, to very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Our room, on the eighth floor was modern and very clean, with the most amazing sea views. We had a welcome pack of fresh fruit and bubbly, which was a nice touch. The facilities are lovely, especially the tiered lawns for sunbathing, as it was so beautiful and peaceful overlooking the sea. The sandy beach is only a few steps away, very clean and private. We absolutely loved the food. Very well presented, with so much choice and absolutely tasty. We totally over ate, because we couldn't leave anything out! Had a case of eyes bigger than belly syndrome! The snacks were plentiful too, with delicious cakes and biscuits. Drinks were on tap with a good selection. Staff always friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a quiet little town with plenty of little shops to browse and buy gifts. If you fancy a stroll around the area, it's really beautiful. A very relaxing and tranquil holiday. The only slight negative I would say, is that the lounge areas were very quiet and sometimes felt like a library, perhaps playing music in the background would give it a bit more atmosphere. however, in general loved this hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel. :)

Good for families with young children.
All rooms have a balcony with a sea view which was lovely but I think being high up as we were, 7th floor, you might want to think carefully if your children are very young as it felt quite open perhaps a lower floor would be better. The entertainment and swimming pools are ideal for young children from toddlers to about age 8 or 9. I think older children or teenagers would be bored as there isn't very much else in the area. The rooms were a fair size, quite a lot of dust on the floor and all the towels very old. But all the staff were very pleasant and the food was good. I liked that the food trays were refilled quickly so mostly it was fresh. The beach next to the hotel was perfect for us and our 5 year old grandson as it's easy to get to and the sand is clean and the sea is shallow for some distance out so felt safe although I imagine as its a small area, it would be crowded in the main season. On the whole we enjoyed our time in this hotel. As long as you remember that it is not the most expensive hotel, so for the money, it's pretty good!

Overall we had a satisfactory experience, hotel is clean, food and facilities were also okay. However, we were very disappointed that even though we requested for a double bed we were given a room with twin beds and this was very uncomfortable. Beds were pushed together to act as a double bed but each had single duvet covers and the beds moved apart. Staff was not helpful when we complained and did nothing to help for the rest of our stay. 😌

well to nit pick, the hotel is advertised as disable friendly, but the lifts stop one floor above the pool area, so you are required to walk down the stairs to get there, and to get to the beach is a major effort, and why must you go to reception to get a key for the disable toilet. Apart from this the hotel is clean the staff friendly and cheerful and are happy to help you, the food is fine although not cordon bleu but there was enough variety that I never went hungry

Nice hotel, good location, close to sea and shops & bars. Reception staff very helpful, bar and waitress staff less friendly. Food was really good, lots of variety, I did not eat at pool bar during the day but did have a late night pizza snack - very tasty! Room clean and tidy. surprised not to have pool towels. Transfer time says 90 minutes, it took us 2.5 hours, which from asking around is the norm. Got a taxi back to the airport it took 1 hour and cost 75 euros between 4 people. much better.

We booked this hotel from a Friday until the following Tuesday and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well equipped and in s great location with superb views it is also reslly clean.

Very friendly beach hotel
I used trip advisor to help me pick this short break from last Saturday till Tuesday (yesterday) and only booked because of the good reviews. Well I'm so glad I did. I travelled as a single female with my 16 year old daughter and was quite apprehensive as it's the first time I've done this. I had no need to worry as both the hotel, it's staff and the surrounding area felt so safe and friendly. Lovely food, ok entertainment except for the Temptations tribute on Saturday night which was excellent. Beautiful view from the 8th floor room 815 over the beaches but was very noisy at night as the evening entertainment was right below. Reserving of beds was rife with spaces being saved from approximately 6am with people putting out plastic chairs with towels as the beds were chained up until about 8am. Management need to get on top of this as 3 out of 4 days I had to use the beach until on the final day I gave in and dud the 7am dash to reserve a space. Overall a very relaxing time if using the beach, the pool feels a bit 'holiday camp' if you enjoy that sort if thing you'll be fine. A toilet brush and bath floor may would be useful. 3 star rather than 4 but I'll definitely be going back for a short break. Beware of transfer time quoted by Expedia, I was told 1hour but it took 2 hours and 45 minutes!! Not good for those with young kids.

Nice hotel with great views
This was a nice hotel with very friendly staff. The all-inclusive was great. There is a good range of drinks and also a good variety of food. There was quite a lot of fried food and the vegetables were overdone, but there was a good selection and it was different everyday. The view from the room was superb, it caught my breath everyday. The 'double' bed was in fact two single beds which was annoying as it meant one of us kept falling down the middle each night. The rest of the room was good though, with a lovely, spacious walk in shower. There was a beach very close by, 2 swimming pools and a lot of seating available. I wasn't a huge fan of the entertainment which was a bit loud and garish, and often went on quite late at night. This with the loud music was a bit annoying when you're trying to relax by the pool. There isn't a lot to do in the local area in terms of entertainment or night life, so you are restricted to the hotel, but we knew this before we went and it was what we wanted. All in all this was a very nice hotel with some great facilities and the all inclusive was great.

Good hotel near to beach
Great stay - in a convenient position for beach and local bars and shops. The staff were really good, especially those on reception. The room. food and drink were a good standard for the price paid. Only criticism was that would be better for breakfast to start earlier, possibly at 7.30, bearing in mind that there were many children in the hotel, and for the second section of the dining room to be available right up to 9pm for evening dinner. It seemed very unprofessional for staff to turn people away from that section and start laying the tables for breakfast when other people were still eating there.

The staff were very friendly and very easy to talk to. All the staff spoke very good english. We had a problem with our air conditioning and i spoke to a member of staff on reception that evening the very next morning it was sorted.

Great pool area and pool bar. Good variety of food from the pool bar where you can have a burger or toastie and chips, to the pizzeria, to the main restaurant. We stayed in the annexe which was a short walk from the hotel which had a great view of the sea and was a nice standard room you would expect. The entertainment was a bit disappointing as it was mainly for children or bingo. The main bar was nice but was a bit disappointed with the lack of seating outside as when your on holiday you don't really want to be sat inside. The beach was very close which was great (only a 3min walk). Shops and supermarkets were a short walk and there was a good variety to look in. The pool area was great and there was a lot of space for you to grab a sun bed and relax. there was also a grass area to sunbathe. The drinks were good too and the lager was San Miguel!!

Great Location next to a lovely beach
Reception staff were brilliant however, a couple of the bar staff were really grumpy ! The Hotel was clean & tidy with two large swimming pools. Local night life was fine for one week only with a nice walk along the esplanade. Food was very good with lots of choice. The entertainment staff worked really hard especially Steve. The evening entertainment was pretty average. Refurbished rooms on the upper floors were very nice and have great sea views. The joint hallway to our rooms worked really well for a family but the shower design was poorly thought out as each time you showered the bathroom floor was wet through. One of our rooms had a tiny bathroom. Overall it was OK but the Hotel has no Gym or Spa

Great last minute booking.
We booked and flew out on the same day. Arriving at about 11pm. Reception were great. Very friendly and informative. The hotel and room was spotless. Cant really rate the animation team as its not our thing however one night was karaoke, this was terrible. Too loud with people who really couldn't sing problem being it was outside so meant that if you didn't want to know you had no choice but to endure. The only other downside was the buffet food. Very bland and repetative. Would recommend the hotel but would advise to eat out. All of the staff though were very helpful and polite.

Great getaway
The Globales was perfect for my getaway with friends and family, lovely pool and location, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, they provided kettles etc when requested. The all inclusive food was a good quality with a great selection, we were very pleased with the breakfast. All in all I will be back for another short break in the sunshine!

Good hotel that does the job it claims to.
Oct 20 -27th stay. A very short walk to a beautiful rocky cove with a lovely beach (only spoilt by some sunbeds, but that's a personal opinion - others may like them!) The cliffs have coastal walks on well marked paths. The resort is small and fairly quiet, good for children. Their were excellent public transport connections with a bus stop outside the hotel with regular buses to many touristic locations with easy to understand timetables. The hotel was all inclusive and at very economical price. The staff and service was excellent, everything was easy to obtain. The food was plentiful and generally had something for everyone's taste, although I thought it was a bit bland and would have liked to have seen a more traditional Spanish cuisine with some more interesting tastes.

Very clean hotel with extremely friendly staff.
We were on the newly refurbished 8th floor. The room & bathroom were extremely clean. Excellent sea views. Food & staff were great. The reception staff were very helpful especially Carla & Elena. The only problem was our son was bitten by a jelly fish on day 3 of our stay & we were all quite anxious about the complications. We feel that the beach guard should have put a warning sign that the sea was infested with jelly fish that day . Fortunately, it was not a poisonous jelly fish. But, he is still left with a localised rash from the bite. We did not swim in the beach anymore & just swam in the swimming pool.
