Top Ferienwohnung in Finca mit Pool.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und vollständig ausgestattet. Für zwei Personen perfekt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der nette auch deutsch sprechende Vermieter, der Gemeinschaftspool, der Tennisplatz und die Klimatisierung der Wohnung. Und vorallem die Lage. Etwas entfernt von der nächsten Stadt (Auto zwingend erforderlich) dafür aber toller Ausblick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge und sehr ruhig gelegen.

Very well kept pool and garden area, with loungers and tennis court. Other size apartments available, but only a few so quiet and plenty of space to relax. Close to beach, supermarkets , cycling & walking routes and sights to see. Car is essential, or bike to get to apartments

Wie in all den Jahren, in denen wir als Gäste der Finca Cancorritx unseren Urlaub verbrachten, haben wir uns auch in diesem Jahr in vertrauter Umgebung sofort wohlgefühlt und unsere lange Vorfreude auf erholsame Tage in stiller Umgebung intensiv genutzt. Gebäude, Außenanlage, Schwimmingpool, Zimmerservice und Wohnungseinrichtung vorbildlich. Pflegemaßnahmen nie störend. Sehr schöne Anlage

Die Anlage ist sehr schön mit Palmen umgeben. Der Pool und der Tennisplatz ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist gut, mit dem Auto kann man die Umgebung sehr gut erkunden. Der Vermieter ist super nett. Orangen und Zitronen gibtes kostenlos. Nur zu empfehlen. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 15 Min erreichbar.

Ruhig, groß, sauber, mega freundlich

Der Besitzer B. versucht alles möglich zu machen. Einfach fragen. Spricht deutsch. Super großer Pool mit Nichtschwimmerbereich. In nebensaison hatten wir ihn für uns alleine. 50 qm zu zweit, riesiger Balkon. Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine. Alles da auch für Langzeiturlauber. Orangen zum selbst pflücken und Granatapfel ebenfalls. Mit Auto 3 km zum Supermarkt Lidl und zum Touristenort Can Picafort. Playa Muro 3 km entfernt. Sehr schöner flacher Strand.

Liegestühle tägl. desinfiziert.Während Aufenthalt hat BRD Mallorca zum Risikogeb. er- klärt. Die Flugges. uns den Rückflug storniert mit der Aufforderung "Umbuchung".Nur mit Hilfe des Vermieters konnten wir einen Umbuchungstermin realisieren und einen vorzeitigen Abbruch verhindern.Treue und ehrliche Hilfe direkt vom Vermieter. Wer wie wir als Serientäter, beriets 5 x vor Ort war, ja dann erübrigt sich eigentlich die Frage, wie wir unsere Unterkunft und unseren dortigen Aufenthalt bewerten. Vermieter, Reini-gungsservice, Unterkunft alles top, freundlich und hilfsbereit vom Zeitpunkt der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Die Finca + Wohnung sind ein einem sehr gut gepflegten Zustand - der Pool ist eine Wucht! Reisetipps: Die Lage der Finca ist ausgezeichnet. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier. Hier ist man am Busen der Natur mit schönen Hähnen u. Hennen, weidenden Schafen zwischen Oliven- u. Orangenbäumen. Der Duft der blühenden Bäume hängt in der Luft!

Schöner Urlaub vom 21.06-28.06

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt vor Ort ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt hochwertige Liegen in ausreichender Zahl und eine schöne Loungecke Dir Abends auch zum Verweilen einlädt. Wir können die Anlage jedem empfehlen der gern Abseits vom Trouble entspannen möchte und trotzdem einen kurzen Weg 3-4 min zur nächsten größeren Stadt als ausreichend empfindet.

Oase zur Entspannung und Erholung

Das Anwesen liegt sehr zentral, man ist von dort aus überall schnell hingefahren. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr schön und hatte einen sehr großen Balkon. Der Pool und die Anlage drum herum waren sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. In dem echt großen Pool lassen sich super ein paar Bahnen ziehen und die Liegen laden zum entspannen ein. Der Vermieter war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit und seine Orangen und Zitronen von der Plantage hinterm Haus sehr lecker. Wer Ruhe haben möchte und zentral sein will, für denjenigen ist diese Unterkunft genau richtig. Gerne wieder!!!

Sehr ruhige und zweckmäßige Unterkunft

Die Wohnung in einer Finca auf dem Lande war sehr einfach, aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind hervorragend und wir haben super geschlafen, da die Finca eine Oase der Ruhe ist. Da wir im März/April hier waren, konnten wir den Nordbalkon und den riesigen Pool kaum bzw. nicht benutzen, in der wärmeren Jahreszeit ist beides aber bestimmt wunderbar zu nutzen. Es sind im Prinzip genügend Parkplätze vorhanden, wenn nicht die Miet-SUV's immer zwei Plätze beanspruchen würden :-). Der Gastgeber Bernardino bemüht sich sehr, den Wünschen seiner Gäste nachzukommen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die mehrfache tägliche An- und Abfahrt über das kurze Stück löchriger Schotterstrecke auf dem Weg zur Finca.
