Relaxing holiday in a beautiful place
The property is in a beautiful location, the views are stunning and we never got board of the mountains. It is only a short walk to Soller, and not a steep climb, so very pram friendly for anyone with children. There is a fantastic restaurant a 5 minute walk up the hill, perfect for an afternoon drink or evening meal. The property is an excellent size, lots of space to spread out and we enjoyed using the outdoor space every day. There a couple of things that can be improved. There was no lock on the pool gate, we ended up making something to stop our 2 year old from getting near the pool without us present. There were no instructions for the kitchen appliances. When we called the service team, they had out of date information where the appliances had been updated. The kitchen has an induction hob, but nearly all the pans don’t work on an induction hob. I would suggest the owners review their appliances and remove pans that are not compatible to avoid future confusion. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends. Also I noted when I was looking at previous reviews, there was some concern about parking a big car, we had a 7 seater Dacia lodgy and had no problem getting it down the lane or parking it on the driveway.

Schöne Finca in guter Lage
Wir hatten eine schöne Wander-Woche, die Finca liegt gut und entspricht der Beschreibung. Unsere Matratze war sehr hart und schon durchgelegen, sonst war alles bestens.

can altes biniaraix
maison typique de village spacieuse très agréable à 3 minutes à pied du centre de biniaraix et 5 minutes en voiture du centre de soller et de fornalutz mais aussi de belles cala et rando... La moindre demande est rapidement traitée par l'agence et le propriétaire pour des vacances en toute tranquillité.

Auf ein 3. Mal!
Wir waren vor vier oder fünf Jahren schon einmal Anfang Oktober in diesem Haus. Und sind wiedergekommen, weil es uns dort so gefallen hat. Durch die Lage hat man absolute Privatsphäre, es ist sehr ruhig, den Plaza erreicht man nach einem schönen Spaziergang nach ca. 20 min, in die Berge kann man direkt loswandern, der Pool ist sehr sauber und man blickt von dort direkt auf die Berge, sechs Personen haben ausreichend Platz.
