Tolles Hotel mit super Service

Wir waren im Dezember in dem Hotel. Trotz Nebensaison und leerem Hotel hat jeder sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Jeder und auch wirklich JEDER Angestellte hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und war sehr, sehr freundlich. Die Freundlichkeit und der Service hat uns sehr beeindruckt! Das Essen war wirklich lecker, sehr Abwechslungsreich und hohe Qualität beim Buffett. Nespresso, Prosseco und Co. erfreuen das Herz am Morgen. Bademantel, Schlappen und Unterhaltung sind toll. Der Spabereich könnte etwas größer sein. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, bei gesundem Schlaf eher kein Problem. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und wünschen dem Hotelpersonal alles Gute und viele nette Gäste. Liebes Barcelo Team, Danke für die schöne Zeit mit euch!

Team und Service hervorragend. Hotel Zimmer nicht.

Pros: Das Management und alle Mitarbeiter.
Cons: Siehe Aufenthaltskommentare + MEHR.
Location: Alles gut.
Das Team von oben bis unten einfach hervorragend, behilflich, freundlich und kompetent, inclusive die Manager und die netten Putzfrauen. (Dies ist für mich - mit 46 Jahre Spanien-Erfahrung - ziemlich unüblich, auch in 4-Sterne und manche 5-Sterne Hotels). Das Essen usw. sehr, sehr, gut und die Bedienung auch - Frühstück und abends auch. Die Zimmer sind schlecht. Zwar irgendwann modern renoviert aber von jemandem oder von einem Unternehmen der/das wenig Ahnung von Hotels hat. Wir hatten ein sogenanntes "Super" Zimmer. Der Preis war für November/Dezember teuer. Das mit dem "Badezimmer ohne Badezimmer" mag hier und da Mode sein aber in diesem Fall sehr schlecht, unabhängig davon, wer will immer seinen Partner/seiner Partnerin beim Toilettengeschäft gezwungen hören müssen bitte sehr? Es gibt nur ein Waschbecken für 2 Personen in diesem "Super" Zimmer, Wartezeit also. Es gab NUR eine Steckdose im Badezimmer (2 Personen, beide mit elektrischen Haar/Rasierer/Zahnbürste Geräte wie heute üblich). Es gab KEINEN Tisch im Zimmer, daher unmöglich mit dem Laptop zu arbeiten; es gab einen Tisch auf dem WINZIGEN Balkon, aber - ja, Sie ahnen es - keine Steckdose da. Das Beleuchtungssystem ist interessant. U.a., gibt es (warum auch immer) ein Licht im Kaffeemaschinebereich, das sich automatisch einschaltet wenn es Bewegung gibt. Leider befindet sich die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Weg zum "Badezimmer ohne Badezimmer", mehr braucht man nicht zu sagen. Leider auch wenn man sich im BETT bewegt bzw.

Goed hotel direct aan de kust

Pros: In ons geval 100 % zeezicht en moderne kamer. Goede aandacht van het personeel
Cons: Eetzaal is rumoerig door gebruik van harde materialen op vloer en wanden
Location: Hotel heeft eigen betaalde parkeerplaats. Winkels op ca 1 km afstand. Het mooie Palma de Mallorca op ca 8 km afstand.
Het hotel ligt met terrassen en zwembad direct aan de rotsachtige kust. Zwemmen in zee kan via een trap in en uit het water. Ontbijt is goed en gevarieerd. Diner bestaat uit buffetten die gevarieerd zijn en voor een deel dagelijks wisselen. Showcooking geeft ook dagelijks een aantal nieuwe gerechten De kamers zijn modern ingericht met goede bedden. Aflegruimte in de kasten is gering Kamers met 100% zeezicht zijn top. Kamers met gedeeltelijk zeezicht kunnen voor een teleurstelling zorgen omdat het hotel haaks op de kust staat en het zicht door bomen en gebouwen belemmerd kan zijn.

Hotel accueillant mais tres moyen en basse saison

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans l'ensemble. L'équipe de reception, bar et cuisine sont top. Pour les chambres c'est loin d'être le cas. 1ère chambre donnant sur des travaux (indépendants de l'hôtel certes) à partir de 9h meme le Samedi... Et du fait de l'isolation très mauvaise nous avions l'impression d'avoir les fenêtres ouvertes. Dans l'hôtel nous pouvions entendre le voisin de chambre parler, ouvrir son coffre fort, Les femmes de chambres faire le menage a 7:30 etc. Nous changeons de chambre à cause des travaux on passe côté "calme". Vue magnifique sur la mer. Mais salle de bain avec des cheveux, odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, mal isolée. Côté cuisine nous avons principalement pris le petit déjeuner qui etait copieux avec un choix varié. Nous avons dîner 1 soir, pour un buffet à 19€, c'est moyen.

I would like to inform to our guest that, the local council is in a process of completing this water pipes installation and from this week we have no heavy machinery working close to our facilities. We apologize for the cleaning of the closed and shower door issue. We clean and refresh the rooms every day. Spa im tägliche Lärm der Baustelle direkt nebenan!

Pros: Das Frühstück ... mehr nicht
Cons: Höheren Qualitätsstandard der Mahlzeiten, annähernd ausgebildetes Personal.
Location: Die Lage ist gut, die Berge schnell erreichbar.
Der Aufenthalt war gelinde gesagt eine Katastrophe! Der Außenbereich sowie Terrasse etc. war die gesamt Woche nicht nutzbar!!! Eine Baustelle nebenan machte dies mit ununterbrochenen Stemm- und Aufrissarbeiten unmöglich. Wir musste morgens direkt das Hotel verlassen. Erholung war so nicht möglich! Die sehr hohe Geräuschkulisse macht zudem ein Frühstück auf der Terrasse unmöglich. Das Abendessen wiederholte sich täglich mit Ausnahme kleinster Varianten! Übrigens: Weniger ist oftmals mehr! Spanisches Essen: Fehlanzeige. Sauna etc. waren in einem schlechten Zustand, die Parkgebühren unverschämt hoch! Unser Zimmer war so klein, dass man quasi rückwärts ins Bett musste! Ein Lagern der Koffer war fast unmöglich! Insgesamt keine schöner Aufenthalt!!!

Location: Utsikten från hotellet är underbar vacker inkl. poolområdet.Finns även en skybar.Enkelt att ta sig in till centrala Palma med buss.
Rummet var mindre än vi trodde men snyggt. I det stora var rummet bra städat förutom badkaret som hade gamla hårrester. Personalen var så trevlig, hjälpsam och service-minded. Skönt att det var barnfritt.

Mycket trevligt och serviceinriktad personal.

Någon form av markarbete pågick utanför i direkt snslutning till hotellet. De bilade i backen vilket medförde ett gräsligt oljud på dagarna. Man kunde nästan inte prata med varandra vid polen. Utanför balkongen var det arbetsplats med en massa rör och arbetskarlar som tittade in i vårt rum. Förstår att det antagligen var något markjobb som måste utföras men det blev lite trist för oss som var där just då.

Die Zimmer sind ok, sehr wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten und die Zimmer je nach Lage sehr laut . Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel und wenn so ein Bus am Berg anfährt.. Na ja nicht grad leise ! Die Putzfrauen könnten sorgfältiger sein. Das Frühstück ist wirklich super, doch auf Halbpension sollte man verzichten. Das Abendessen kann man vergessen .....

Nettes Hotel für einen Kurztrip

Zimmer waren o.k. der Ausblick auf eine (wenn auch brach liegende) Baustelle hingegen weniger schön. Würden dort nur die Zimmer mit seaview empfehlen.
