Relaxing and comfortable break.
Fantastic 2 night stay. Hotel 8s clean and well organised, pretty empty in this low season. Only issue was a noisy couple next door, the hotel manager sent up a bottle of Cava as an apology. It wasnt his fault! So greatly appreciated. Thanks, we'll be back.

Perfect for a peaceful and relaxing break
Beautiful hotel. Room 101 was fabulous with views both over the Med and across the bay to Palma Staff were amazing, very friendly and respectful Superb breakfast and facilities. Massage was best I’ve ever had It was my birthday and a cake was left in the room - lovely surprise

The area is amazing, short walks to beautiful public beaches, restaurants etc.The rooms with the hot tub’s overlooking the ocean are worth every penny!

For four stars it was extremely lound in the hotel room. Very annoying, the hole morning you can hear every single room door smashing like it was in your room and even bags etc and walking people in flip flops. Also transport is not as good as somewhere else. So I used mainly taxi which is rather expensive. Staff on the other hand was competent and friendly, also the location itself is nice.

Lovely pool, but otherwise an ok property.
Friendly and helpful check in staff. Lovely pool area with beautiful direct sea view. Good breakfast selection, although little to no interaction from restaurant staff. Rooms modern but not to my taste. Air conditioning poor - had to request a fan. Overall not bad, but wouldn’t necessarily return.

WELL NEEDED WEEK
Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for adult only accommodation. Lovely setting, pool area great plenty of sunbeds and staff super friendly. Rooms are not the biggest but bed size amazing and everything you would need in the room is there.

What a nice surprise!
It was brilliant, a nice surprise. I know the resort very well but had never stayed at h to us hotel in 45 years and actually thought I’d booked a different hotel!! Very Comfy big beds, super clean room, powerful hairdryer in airy well appointed bedroom. Great breakfast, very fresh. Overall atmosphere was very laid back. Loved it and would definitely return

Shame missed opportunity
Service at the pool bar, not particularly great, but what let his place down was the food. Appalling. I lost count of the people returning food to the waiter. Had lunch with my son there, would not eat there again. Breakfast was also adequate. Shame really, good spot and nice facilities and clean too. Just eat somewhere else.

Our air conditioning did not work. The meals are all buffet style, food was average. View was beautiful. They have a nice swimming area if you wish to go into the sea.

The view of the sea was amazing. We liked having private access to the sea. The back side of the hotel is secluded. But the front is on a street with a lot of walkable options. So the best of both worlds. Room was a little on the small side, but from a US point of view, everything in Europe is small. LOL. The food was good. Plenty of options. My only nitpick is that we had half board. For breakfast, we didn’t have to pay for drinks. But for dinner, we did. Even water! I don’t understand that. Overall, I’d stay here again.

Definately not worth the price
Und Hotel which is renovated to a superficial 4 Star Standard. service is only superseded in its terribleness by the quality of food. room service is slow. spa was dirty and especially the steam room smelled awful. As for the room, we had booked the private Jacuzzi room which In all fairness was ok except that the cleaning staff where pretty rude and the Jacuzzi was not cleaned properly every day. If u can go to this hotel cheap, it's worth it. Otherwise don't overpay like I did.

Hotel in great location in Illetes!
Friendly helpful staff. Room was comfortable with a sea view but no balcony. Great views from the terrace and comfortable lounge area. Hotel arranged chauffeured car to and from airport which was great and hassle free.

We had a great stay at the Barcelo Albatross! Very nice and peaceful hotel about 15 minutes outside of Palma, and close to other beaches and free parking. Rooms were nice, but beds were a bit firm for our liking.

Lovely place and great vibe
Overall very nice hotel with a great couple feel about it. Very chilled. Only problems really stem from likely being understaffed. Check-in was long, and getting different pillows took a day and half to achieve. Maid service not great either ... Shampoo's not replaced, chips not washed etc

Had a lovely stay. Breakfast really good, sky bar lovely. The only issue was that at 6.30pm the only place to get a drink was at the pool bar- not ideal if you’re showered and dressed for the evening, so ended up having to go over the road for drinks whilst we waited for the rest of our large group- hotels loss!!

I and my husband came here on honeymoon, we had a great time, food and staff were amazing. It was unfortunate that the outdoor pool was closed but the indoor pool and jacuzzi were lovely, could have been warmer but still lovely. I think they had new staff at reception during our stay as the lady who dealt with us often needed help but they still offered impeccable service.

Off season rejuvenation getaway
Reception staff was always welcoming and professional. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, seaview was gorgeous! Breakfast and dinner buffet was plentiful, delicious and with a lot of selection. Enjoyed a masasage with a seaview...Only downsides is the water temperature in the spa could be a lot warmer, the private beach is small and rocky and the outdoor pool or at least the outdoor jacuzzi could be opened during the off season. We will definitely stay again! Thanks!
