I very rarely write reviews but this hotel over delivered in every aspect and certainly warrants a review. The facilities were fantastic, everything extremely well cared for and constantly cleaned and kept tidy. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly, enthusiastic, caring and professional, it was so refreshing to see this level of dedication and service which is hard to find now. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are a cyclist as they have incredible secure storage, mechanical room and cycling packages, absolutely top notch, oh, and the good was also excellent!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The hotel itself was immaculate, gorgeous decor in the communal areas and bedrooms, pool area, gardens and indoor spa were stunning. Stayed all inclusive and the food and drinks were very nice, very good value for money. Staff were so friendly and helpful! We would definitely return, thanks for a lovely stay.

Overall, the staff was very friendly, which made the stay extra enjoyable. In particular, we were happy to meet Diego the entertainment coordinator, who was quite interactive and kept our party amused playing games and was always inviting. Also members of the bar staff, Maria, Marc, and Barto, were super friendly and personable. They stayed on top of our drink request seamlessly. We went with a wedding party of 25 people and the staff in the dining room were very accommodating. The food selection was excellent. As for the room we were staying in, it was a junior suite which was very spacious and had a lovely patio. But when sharing a room with family, a glass bathroom door that doesn’t lock and slides shut isn’t ideal. We were expecting air conditioning as it was advertised on the website and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. However when we arrived we were told the AC is only turned on for certain times of the year. The quality manager, Andrea was extremely helpful when it came to the newlyweds and a birthday that was being celebrated. She arranged for a cake for the birthday and champagne and a fruit plate for the newlyweds. She was a delight. Basically, the comfort levels of the rooms could have been better but the staff were nothing short of excellent! Cheers

Really good stay. Good rooms, very good buffet at the restaurant and friendly staff. It is not a massive complex what makes it nicer. Spa kind of small but correct and included in your stay. It is safe to say that we will book again!

Super service, lovely hotel and Excellent variety and range for buffet breakfast and dinner. Things to improve on 1. Bed sheets were a little stained - asked to be checked but came back to the same sheets. Dissatisfied 2. Buffet dinner was excellent but surprised that even table water isn’t provided for free - it’s a small thing but makes a difference 3. Better food labelling is needed. Staff always tried hard to find out. But I served myself a bowl of “bean soup” assuming it was vegetarian to find it contained 3 different meats! Fortunately the head water confirmed and apologised (as noted great friendly can do service) but he should not have been in that position

Gute Anbindung an den Öffentlichen Bus direkt zum Flughafen. Essensbuffet ist vielseitig und umfasst auch lokale Spezialitäten. Diese sind leider etwas am Rand angeordnet, sodass man manchmal etwas hin und hergeht, wenn man sich nicht auf Schnitzel und Pommes beschränken möchte. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Albergo molto bello ma migliorabile.
Hotel molto carino e in una bella zona vicino alla spiaggia. Camera grande e confortevole, letto molto comodo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Da migliorare la pulizia delle camere, molto approssimativa. Nemmeno prima del nostro arrivo la camera era stata pulita in maniera approfondita, infatti abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di plastica in uno dei mobili. Da migliorare anche il cibo, non c'era molta scelta soprattutto per vegetariani. A pranzo ancora meno.

Wunderschönes Hotel
Sind Nachts 0:30 angekommen und wurden von einem super netten und lustigen Mitarbeiter empfangen mit Begrüßungsdrink. Da fühlt man sich gleich geborgen nach einem langen Tag. Wir waren im 6. Stock und die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber. So etwas haben wir selten erlebt, kein Haar, kein Spinnenweben, alles vom Feinsten. Da wir direkt an der Strasse sind, hört man den Lärm nur bei geöffneter Balkontüre. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr voll und ziemlich eng die Tische beieinander, jedoch bekam man stets einen Platz. Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Vom Serranoschinken bis Ricotta, Müsli in so großer Auswahl, alles komplett frisch, keine trockenen Ränder an Käse , Wurst ect. wird stets neu aufgefüllt, in manchen 5 Sterne Hotels nicht so toll. Es gab sogar Nachts eine kalte Platte im Speiseraum. Hotel sehr groß, tolle saubere Poolanlage mit Minigolf und etlichen Ecken mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wenn man dann vom Pool in den großen und gemütlichen Innenraum mit Bar kommt, fühlt man sich ebenso wohl. Dort kann man chillen, oder Karten spielen ect. Wir haben im gesamten Hotel kein Personal gefunden, was unfreundlich war. Immer ein wahres freundliches Lächeln im Gesicht. Die Umgebung ist nicht so überlaufen wie ein paar Km weiter nach unten am Strand, deshalb werden wir definitiv dieses Hotel wieder buchen!

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Port de Alcudia und man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand. Es ist modern eingerichtet und vor allem die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist hervorzuheben. Zu den Mahlzeiten gibt es reichlich Auswahl. Einzig die Beschilderung der einzelnen Gerichte könnte besser sein. Grad als Vegetarierin wäre es hilfreich gewesen, direkt zu lesen, um was es sich handelt, ohne immer das Personal fragen zu müssen.

Sentral beliggenhet, fine fellesområder og basseng
Veldig god beliggenhet, med nærhet til sentrum, restauranter, butikker og stranden. Litt mye støy fra trafikken utenfor. Be om rom mot basseng. Lite kjedelig buffet mat. Vi trodde middagen var al a carte. Kjedelig med de samme rettene. Frokosten var dårlig. Veldig mye kaker, men det er jo ikke mat. Alt for mange mennesker samtidig. Burde vært fordelt på påmeldte tider. Dårlig hygiene. Ingen håndsprit, og med økende covid smitte. Kaos ved bassenget. Hvorfor ikke 2 senger ved hver parasoll, så kunne resten stables og hentes. Nå lå gjestene med en seng mellom seg, noe som resulterte til at mange ikke fikk plass. Om man fritt kunne hente seng, og velge plassering, ville flere kunne ligge på solseng ved bassenget. Savnet også pool baren. Var stengt, og vi måtte gå inn på hotellet for å kjøpe drikke.

Vi beklager at du ikke har sett dem.Det er ingen rom med bassengutsikt, men det er hageutsikt der rommene i de øverste etasjene har fjellutsikt eller gateutsikt der rommene i de øverste etasjene har sideutsikt over havet.Vi skulle gjerne ønsket at du hadde fortalt oss dine meninger når du var her, slik at vi kunne ha gjort noe med det. Die Betten war sehr schmal, im Einzelzimmer. Wir mussten die Getränke eines Abends jedoch nochmals zahlen, obwohl wir diese am Abend bezahlten, anscheinend hat der Kellner die Rechnung an die Rezeption gegeben. Das war ärgerlich.

Cerca de la playa y buenas instalaciones
Trato muy amable del personal. buena ubicacion a 200 m de la playa, habitación amplia y limpia y buenas instalaciones comunes. Dejamos las maletas el último día y nos pudimos duchar en la piscina tras ir a la playa para aprovechar el día. Lo que mejoraría es la calidad del bufet. Hay mucha variedad de alimentos pero podrían ser algo mejores de calidad.

Wonderful hotel, with special attentions and facilities for athletes, specially cyclists and triathletes! Dedicated spaces, bike room with dedicated mechanics, and not last amazing food for athletes … and not only!! Highly recommended!!! Next time in Mallorca I’ll be there again for sure!!!

Küche und Personal in Restaurant und Bar sehr gut und motiviert und Essen abwechslungsreich. Cocktails leider nur mittelmäßig, hier sollten die Zutaten überarbeitet werden damit sie weniger „wässrig“ werden. Anlage und Hotel teilweise sehr schön, teilweise aber auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man Ausflüge macht und fast nur zum Essen und schlafen im Hotel ist, wie wir, fällt das aber nicht weiter negativ auf. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, leider roch es immer mal wieder unangenehm aus dem Abfluss des Waschbeckens. Hier müssen dringend die Leitungen gereinigt werden weil es tageweise sehr stark roch. Alles in allem hatten wir trotzdem einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit engagierten Mitarbeitern und gutem Essen.
