A beautiful beach and incredible sea views are waiting for you at Cittadinin 37!

This cosy apartment with sea view is located on the second floor of a small complex with a lift and a large communal swimming pool with sunbeds and lawn just in front of the beach of Puerto de Alcudia.
The apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated in white. It features a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people where you can spend most of your time and enjoy the fabulous sea views. The terrace is connected to the living-dining room through a large window with a sofa to watch television, another dining table for 4 people inside and air conditioning. The kitchen has been renovated and has all the amenities.

Additionally, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, sea views and direct access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the floor, they will find beach towels in addition to the bath towels.

The location is also particularly attractive: the complex itself is quiet, but in the vicinity there are shops, bars, restaurants, the seafront, the port and countless leisure activities (bicycle rental, boat trips, etc.). In addition, the beach and port of Alcudia are regularly the scene of well-known sporting events such as the Ironman or different culinary and cultural events. The old town of Alcudia is within walking distance and numerous bus connections offer more possibilities for excursions even without a car. A great starting point for everything you might want on holiday.

Wonderful

Lovely apartment with stunning views. Well equiped small kitchen with everything you need for cooking. nice bathroom with a large walk in shower and plenty of hot water. Extremely comfortable beds with nice clean pillows and quilts. Perfect location right on a fantastic beach with plenty of nice shops and some fantastic restaurants. No noisy clubs or loud music nearby so it was nice and peaceful to sit and enjoy a drink on the balcony on an evening. Parking is a little tricky if you have a large car as its very tight to get out of the gates. We struggled initially to actually find the apartments as they are not wery well signed and even though the google reference took us quite close, the signs on the walls were not the names of the apartments that we were in. Overall a fantastic place to stay and highly recommended.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in perfekter Lage, Meerblick inklusive. FĂŒr unser Kleinkind war alles vorhanden, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Der Fernseher ging nicht, was wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht behoben werden konnte. Aber dank des schnellen Wlans kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt, vielen Dank.

Emplacement parfait Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate du port d’AlcĂșdia, des bus, des magasins. AgrĂ©able balcon avec vue sur la plage. La climatisation est prĂ©sente et indispensable en Ă©tĂ©. Bon Ă©quipement Ă  l’intĂ©rieur nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien. Il serait prĂ©fĂ©rable de fournir automatiquement deux jeux de clĂ©s pour 4 personnes. Nous les avons eu en demandant. Merci.

Great location, clean surroundings When the rental is longer than a week, 2 bath towels per person should be mandatory, this is also necessary for the kichen towels. Light in one of the bedrooms did not work. Two set of keys would have been nice.

Toller Standort. Gute moderne Ausstattung. Pool in StrandnĂ€he. Eigener Strandzugang. Nah an Stadt und Hafenpromenade. Unkomplizierte Buchung ohne Kaution. Bei IPM versteht man deutsch. Ein zweiter WohnungsschlĂŒssel wĂ€re gut. Ein SchlĂŒssel fĂŒrs Rolltor(Parkplatz). Es fehlten WeinglĂ€ser. Deutsches TV war erst nach Neuprogrammierung möglich. TV im Schlafzimmer fehlt. Man wird tĂ€glich um 9.00 Uhr durch einen LaubblĂ€ser des Nachbarn geweckt.
