Perfect relaxing break
We were nervous of going due to reading a bad review at the last minute, but are so glad we did!! The complex was perfect and so quiet and relaxing. Reception staff were very helpful too. The area was lovely with walking access to 3 beaches. The apartment had everything you needed. It was tired in places, but was clean and comfortable and everything worked. We would go again.

Great location close to a beautiful beach
Enjoyable holiday with beautiful cala mandia within walking distance along an attractive path with steps leading down to the cove which was also great for swimming. Good beachside café for eating lunch with typical Spanish fare including tortilla and sangria.

On the booking itinerary it was stated that check in is between 2 and 5 pm. having arrived just after 2pm we have discovered that in fact check in is between 9am-1pm and 4pm-8pm. This was not really pleasant as having called the hotel's emergency number we had been informed that there is no one to come round until 4pm so we had to spend 2 hours at the beach with luggages. The fact that no one comes to change the bedding and towels during the stay was quite dissatisfying. Our view is that the hotel and the area are perfect for a family holiday but not if you're looking to have a few good nights out. However, the staff members were excellent and very informative

Totally unprofessional staff spoiled the place
We were here a couple of years ago and were so impressed that wanted to return in June 2017. And it was a mistake:(. The staff - young totally unprofessional girls, lying or not responding, not knowing anything neither about the local infrastructure nor how the hotel is operating...the favorite answer is 'I don't know...' - is it possible to get the second room key? - I will call but I don't know...and we never got it in two weeks. - why the room cleaning didn't happen? I don't know... Is the grass cut every week so that we can plan to get away from the terrible noise - I don't know at all... Is there a local bus ... Simple questions, the same answers, no help...the place is run down, old stuffy smelling very small rooms, the parking is over charged 10EUR a day. The room cleaning is once a week but Did not happen, No toilet paper, no hair dryer, no kettle, no toaster, the water cooler is not working, the guard peeping into the windows. Guests are washing feet in the kids swimming pool, no pool hours established, there can be lots of pool noise and splashing during midnight. The staff are talking loudly in the inner yard in the morning and during siesta time waking up all guests. Very disappointing:(

Relaxing week for two.
My wife and I recently returned from a weeks holiday at the Vista Alegre apartments and found them to be excellent. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful part of Majorca.

Sehr schöne einfache Unterkunft.Für das Frühstück ist die Küche ideal.Für mehr Kochen eher zu klein und zuwenig Kochuntensilien.Für uns hats gereicht.Aber sehr gute Restaurants in der nähe.Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig.Sehr schöne Poolanlage wir waren jedoch meistens am Meer.In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss an zwei traumhaften Stränden.Der ganze Staff war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wir könne nur gutes von dem Apartment, der Umgebung und Miguel, dem Inhaber der Anlage sagen. Es ist alles sehr sauber, die Ausstattung des Apartments ist mir 2 Bädern, 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche und Wohnbereich absolut klasse. WiFi ist überall vorhanden, der TV hat neben normalen TV auch Netflix und Youtube. Toll gelegener Pool, mit Aufsicht. Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Miguel, hat uns in der Nacht vor der Abreise noch geholfen, da der Leihwagen Autoschlüssel alle war. Da hat sich drum gekümmert, das wir (leider) zum Flughafen kommen konnten. Eine Empfehlung durch und durch.

Very friendly staff, the apartment and estate are very clean and in good condition. The location is great with beaches close by. A few opportunities: provide sufficient toilet paper, dish soap and some cooking basics like pepper and salt. Improve stability of the wireless connection. Overall good value.

Meget fint poolområde og tæt på dejlig strand. Lejligheden er noget nedslidt og vinduer og døre kunne godt trænge til ny maling. God service fra Donna i receptionen. Vi fik værelset kl. 13.00 i stedet for kl. 16.00. Ville bestemt komme igen.

PLUS: - posizione vicino a 3 calette molto carine e buona per spostarsi in auto nell'isola - piscina pulita e calda - personale gentile e disponibile - appartamento di buone dimensioni (2 pers.) - parcheggio riservato a pagamento ma anche possibilità di parcheggio senza difficoltà nelle strade adiacenti MINUS (più che altro dei consigli di miglioramento) Il problema principale non è a causa della struttura ma degli ospiti, molti fumatori che inquinano l'aria a tal punto che il balcone non è utilizzabile per un non fumatore. Tre appartamenti vicini (di fianco, sotto e di fronte) sembravano fare a turno a fumare. Anche l'ampia finestra che da sul terrazzino abbiamo dovuto tenerla chiusa quasi tutto il tempo per lo stesso motivo. Sarebbe bello trovare una soluzione a questo problema che mi rendo conto non è facile. - le attrezzature a disposizione della cucina

En 5 dias no cambian ni las toallas me parece muy poco higiénico, no hay ni colador en la cocina y ni si quiera puedes fregar una cazuela en el fregadero . Esta muy alejado de todo . Decepcionante.

Die Anlage besticht durch ihre tolle Lage zu den zwei wunderschönen Buchten. Angenehm ist auch, dass es dort nicht diesen „Malle-Rummel“ gibt. 3 tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Zur Unterkunft selbst: manche Dinge könnten mal „auf Vordermann“ gebracht werden bzw. bedürfen einer Renovierung. Die Ausstattung der kleinen Küche war völlig ausreichend. Wir waren zu dritt, was in dem Appartement etwas zu eng war. Für die dritte Person fehlt ein „vernünftiges“ Bett und ein Schrank. Aber für 6 Tage war es unterm Strich in Ordnung. Der Pool ist toll. Einige Liegen und Sonnenschirme stehen dort zur Verfügung. Sehr nettes Personal.

Preiswerte Unterkunft in idealer Lage
Freunde von uns haben in Porto Cristo Novo ein eigenes kleines Appartement, so dass wir in der Nähe eine Unterkunft suchten. Das Vista Allegre stellte sich als ideale Appartementanlage zur Selbstverpflegung heraus. Ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut zu empfehlen. Dort arbeitet nur freundliches Personal, es gibt einen liebevollen Poolboy/Lifeguard (Enrique), der aber leider in Rente geht, es gibt einen Mitarbeiter der jeden Tag die Wasserqualität überprüft und einen Hausmeister.

Solides Apartment mit kleinen Abstrichen
Reibungsloser check-in, auch nach Öffnungszeit der Rezeption, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, zwei schöne Buchten ganz in der Nähe. Schöner Pool, der gut gepflegt wird, Zimmer sind ok aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gibt es kein Kinderbecken oder einen Spielplatz. Der Kühschrank tropfte wenn man ihn nicht auf ganz kalt einstellte - in der Folge war der Käse und der Joghurt das eine oder andere mal gefroren... Schimmel am Holzrahmen des Fensters im Badezimmer -das ist über der Badewanne auch etwas suboptimal angebracht. Saubere Küche, gut mit Geschirr ausgestattet. Leider muss man sämtliche Extras wie Toaster und Wasserkocher an der Rezeption gegen Pfand ausleihen. Sauberes Babybett

Sehr einfaches Apartment in kleiner Ferienanlage, ruhige Lage aber kleine Supermärkte/Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Nettes Personal, Sauberkeit des Apartments schon bei Bezug unterirdisch (Haare vom Vorgänger, dicke Staubschichten...). Innerhalb einer Woche hab es keine Reinigung/ Wechsel der Handtücher.

tolle ruhige Lage
Waren eine Woche da und fanden es nett. Checkin abends geht telefonisch und man wird zum Schlüsselkasten geleitet. Personal ist nett. Die Wohnung war für 2 Personen in Ordnung. Für den Preis ist es eine Empfehlung allerdings hatten wir ständig einen unangenehmen Geruch im Bad. Handtücher werden einmal gewechselt und gereinigt wurde auch einmal am Ende der Reise. Die Lage ist toll und wir fanden die kleinen Buchten sehr schön. Mietwagen sollte man haben, wenn man etwas von der Insel sehen will. Wir waren mehrmals essen in der Cactus-Bar und waren dort sehr zufrieden.

Traumhafte, ruhige Lage, mittelmäßige Sauberkeit
Die Anlage sieht so schön aus wie auf den Bildern und ist genau zwischen zwei tollen Buchten gelegen, die zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Unser Zimmer war klein aber auch für 3 Leute ausreichend. Die Küche bot alles, was man braucht (sogar Spülmaschine!). Da alle Gäste vor ihrer Abreise die Küche selbst putzen (oder sonst eine Reinigungsgebühr von 50€ zahlen) und scheinbar niemand mehr nachgewischt hatte, war die Sauberkeit hier nicht herausragend.. Das Bad war sehr klein, unpraktisch eingerichtet, überhaupt nicht sauber und sehr abgenutzt. Nachdem wir an der Rezeption Bescheid gaben, bekamen wir direkt am nächsten Morgen einen neuen Duschvorhang. Leider war aber trotzdem an den Fliesen und dem Fenster im Bad noch sehr viel Schimmel. Nachdem wir andere Zimmer sahen, stellten wir fest, dass unseres besonders schlimm aussah und wir vielleicht einfach nur Pech hatten. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ruhig. Der Pool war sauber und angenehm. Aber das Meer um die Ecke ist eh am schönsten! Leider gibt es kein Essensangebot auf dem Hotelgelände, jedoch kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants in der Nähe und PortoCristo in 5 Minuten mit Auto. Warum die Parkplätze auf dem Gelände 10€/Tag kosten sollen, haben wir nicht verstanden - in der Straße konnte man aber auch gut parken. Das Personal war durchweg sehr jung und nicht besonders engagiert, bis auf Marìa, die war super! Alles in allem ok, weil man sich in der schönen Gegend eh die meiste Zeit nur draußen aufhält.

Preisgünstig für Familie
Gute Anlage für Familien. Auto ist Pflicht für Ausflüge. Anlage wird nach der Übernahme von Pierre & Vacancies Schritt für Schritt modernisiert. Jeden Tag ist ein Bademeister von 10-20h vor Ort und passt sehr gut auf, was im Pool passiert. Rezeption ist nur von 10-13h und von 16-20h geöffnet, entgegen der Beschreibung bei hotels.com. Spülmaschine vorhanden. 2 Strände in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Es ist vielleicht nicht das Beste Hotel, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Es wurde nicht jeden Tag gereinigt, brauchte es aber auch nicht. Die Betten sind vollkommen in Ordnung, eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden und funktionierte einwandfrei. Eine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Geschirrspülmaschine war ebenfalls vorhanden. Sogar mit Mikrowelle und Kaffemaschine. Vom Hotel aus sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten zu 2 sehr schönen Buchten. Alles in allem kann ich es nur empfehlen. Was man wissen sollte: Wenn man nicht zu den Rezeptionszeiten ankommt muss man eine Nummer anrufen und sich den Safe-Pin geben lassen, wo dann der Schlüssel drin ist :)

ho soggiornato per 2 settimane il posto e carino purtroppo non ce vita serale sei costretto ad andare nei paesi vicini macchina indispensabile mentre per la spiaggia hai addirittura 2 scelte mare molto bello la camera e piccola pero ce tutto non ti puoi lamentare il wifi fa schifo riesci ad aprire solo youtube
