"My family and I are much travelled, in my case for business and leisure. This was the best holiday resort hotel that I/we have ever stayed at! The location is supreme, there are views of the ocean from all rooms and as soon as you walk into the reception area, the backdrop is the ocean - it is stunning. There are so many highlights though: I have never been to a hotel where the staff are constantly cleaning, it was spotless. The facilities are excellent, there was plenty of space and everything that you needed - plenty of swimming pools as well as private pools for most rooms. The food quality was superb, fish, meat and vegan dishes. I read that the chefs are Michelin-starred and I can believe it. Note, that the lunch and evening meals were not buffet-style, you choose from a menu, however, that made the quality even higher in our opinion. The biggest highlight for us were the employees. We have never experienced such personal care anywhere else, from Dimitris the general manager, Michalis the restaurant manager, Thomas the operations manager and the incredible reception and client guest services team. Truly, nothing was ever too much for them, we became friends and they made us feel part of their family. A big mention to Sophia, Chrisa and Maria too! I can’t speak highly enough of them and the biggest tell, is that we can’t wait to go back!"

"Lovely resort, incredibly family friendly. Kids club is great if child is over 3 years old. Very relaxing stay, only downside is beach is quite rocky compared to others visited in Crete, but you can always use the pool. "

From start to finish, every detail was considered, and every need was taken care of. The team is welcoming and kind, and the location is absolutely stunning. While visiting with my partner (our kids left at home), we were keenly aware of how family-friendly the resort is, a pro for the many happy groups around us. If you plan to visit in May as we did, know the water will be fresh (!), and private pools might be too chilly to truly enjoy - though they'll still offer the perfect backdrop for some of the best photos you may ever take!
