All staff very friendly always happy to help excellent manners breakfast had wide variety of choice n staff excellent too somnath and his crew were just out of this world excellent manners I would recommend this hotel highly we celebrated my birthday n staff surprised me with yummy cake thank you for the best stay at this hotel ever

The staff was truly exceptional, and the hospitality was top-notch. However, the building and food did not quite match the premium rates they charge. Based on the overall experience, I would rate it closer to a 4-star property. That said, the outdoor ambiance and lush greenery are among the finest I’ve seen, which adds a lot of charm — but still not enough to justify a full 5-star rating.
