Surprise visit despite advance paid booking
"The owner to whom hotels.com confirmed our visit (paid in advance) did not bother to inform the local staff so nothing was prepared… there is nothing with regards to food and beverage, luckily the staff were outstanding!"

"We stated we would have 4 guests for 2 days. There were only 2 towels, 2 plates, 2 cups…etc. 3 pillows with cases and one in the closet without.
