"Alles super neu, toller Garten /Pool mit vielen Freizeit und Spielmöglichkeiten. Zimmer sehr geräumig und ruhig (lediglich die Kühlschränke/Eisfächer müssten mal abgetaut werden). Ruhige Umgebung in den Weinbergen. Gutes Frühstück. Küchenzeile im Familienzimmer gut ausgestattet (wenn man noch einige Kaffee Kapseln zur Verfügung stellen würde... :-)). Positiv ist der Getränkekühlschrank (vielleicht wäre neben Bier auch Wein nett). Insgesamt top, 10/10 Punkte."

"I booked the hotel at the last minute, as I was travelling through the region. I pre-booked dinner and breakfast, but unfortunately I arrived past the 9 pm for dinner. The staff had seen my reservation, saw that I wanted dinner, and had kept some food aside for my arrival 45 minutes later. The food was delicious. Additionally in the morning, I was leaving before breakfast, and the staff brought out breakfast early. I have not had such good service at hotel for a very long time. The manager...

"I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants...

"Very nice hotel in Tramin. Easy access to the wine route. Great included breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Checkin is 3pm. If you are coming earlier, you should make prior arrangements. We showed up at 1300 just to drop off luggage and found all the doors locked."
