Drie sterren hotel :(
Met een groep van 9 mensen, 7 nachten verbleven (4 kamers). In tegenstelling tot vroeger wordt er geen alcohol meer geschonken. Tot 16.00 uur mogen alleen mannen zwemmen, pas na 16.00 uur mogen vrouwen in het zwembad. Toen ze wilden gaan zwemmen werd verteld dat zwembad dicht zat voor onderhoud. Slechte nachtrust vanwege temperatuur. Airco stond op 26 graden en drie dagen lang zijn we voorgelogen dat de TD het op zou lossen. Uiteindelijk kregen we te horen dat de minimum temperatuur voor alle kamers centraal geregeld wordt (ordinaire bezuiniging). Toen na drie dagen een grote groep Duitse gasten kwam ging de temperatuur opeens naar minimaal 21 graden. Na twee dagen werkten diverse pasjes voor de kamerdeur/lift niet meer, vervolgens bijna dagelijks naar receptie om de pas weer te laten activeren. De inlogcode voor WiFi werd ook vaak gewijzigd, dus weer met receptie bellen. De douche was onveilig voor kinderen, de knop voor warm/koud water draaide soms uit zichzelf terug naar heet water. Handdoek tussen gepropt om dat te voorkomen. Knop voor switchen tussen handdouche of regendouche was niet te draaien, alleen maar handdouche gebruikt. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid, echter tegenover zit een plek waar het voor minder geld nog beter was. Wij komen al sinds de opening in dit hotel (destijds Double Tree hotel). Het is behoorlijk achteruit gegaan en verdiend in mijn optiek maximaal drie sterren. Volgende keer gaan we een ander proberen.

Good, except for very poor wifi
It would have been a 5 star review, except for the wifi problems. They want you to use your passport number as a login. Really stupid and privacy unfriendly. And even then i could not login. I was given a bypass username / password and it worked very poorly. The restaurant on the topfloor was hit and miss. One dish was very good, the other one was very poor.

It was a good hotel with wonderful and warm stuff. The only bad thing about this hotel is that they don’t serve alcohol drink.
