I would not stay in this neighborhood or at this hotel ever again. Staff are inattentive and rude. Amenities are bare minimum and it was hard to just get towels when entering the room. Never received hand soap for the entire stay after multiple requests. Breakfast was good and staff in this area was good but quality of food was okay. Overall, the hotel should be reviewed by Minister of Tourism for how it poorly represents Morocco and its hotel industry.

I had an excellent check in experience thanks to MJ at the front desk. MJ was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The check in process was quick and easy, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive our room at 11:00 AM, which made a big difference to our stay.
MJ’s friendly attitude, efficiency, and outstanding customer service set a great first impression. Thank you for making our arrival so smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would gladly stay here again.
